Wonderful Girls Weekend Getaway Spot!

The unit was very nice and clean. Owners were readily available and made the whole trip easy & welcoming. Good views of the water. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the balcony and sunsets from the pool deck. Easily accessible to Pier Park for shopping and close to restaurants and live music. Looking forward to staying here again!

PUCTURES DO IT NO JUSTICE!!!

I soooooo enjoyed my stay and anytime that I want to come back THIS PROPERTY will be where I book. Theresa and her daughter Raquel where polite every step of the way and even when I questions that was clearly written out(I didn’t read lol) they took time to explain and make sure I knew. I will definitely be booking with them. The view, the hospitality the cleanliness was top tier.

Booked the night before, got a great deal, loved the location across from Sharkys, view of the beach from the balcony from across the street. Beautiful view at night. Loved the sunrise/sunset decks on 15th floor. Parking & access to elevator was great. Awesome water pressure in shower. We would definitely book this unit again. Only 2 things I’d change were the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work (but there were ice trays) and it would’ve been great to have a floor mat at front door of unit. But those were relatively minor things. It was a great trip for us. Thanks Theresa!

PCB Perfect Location

The best management team in my 5 years using VRBO booking. The condo is located in the perfect place to relax and was very well maintained. You will love this place for its location and beach access. The 15th floor observation deck is so relaxing and provides a great place to watch the ocean and sunset.
