Le Petit Capricia is a ski-in, ski-out ground-floor apartment for eight guests (six adults), with three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. Situated right in the centre of La Clusaz, and with the ski lifts and ESF school on your doorstep, it's a great choice for a group who want to make the most of their time in the mountains.
There's a garage and a second parking space, but you really won't need to use your car during your stay, if you'd prefer not to.
The apartment has three bedrooms – two double rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and the other (which can be arranged with a kingsize or twin beds) has a desk. There's also a bunk room for four, which is perfect for children.
This apartment is perfect for a group of friends or perhaps two families. Older children will love being able to enjoy all the facilities of the village within walking distance.

The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Best stay for us
One of the best places we have stayed! The chalet was so warm, cozy, and most importantly, it was immaculate too. It had fantastic views over the village center and was virtually next door to the Cret De Merle chair lift and just a short ski to Beauregard. It was really handy to be able to ski in and ski out of the accommodation, and pop down to the village to go to the supermarket, shops, bars, and restaurants. Communication with Celine was excellent too.

A Perfect Summer Stay in La Clusaz
The chalet is ideally located next to the village center. Very comfortable, with everything we needed. Personalized welcome by the manager Céline. Lots of summer activities to enjoy in La Clusaz.

Confort et proximité des pistes
Emplacement idéal avec accès direct aux pistes et à l’ESF. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. Place de parking et garage disponibles. Seul petit bémol : l’accès au logement par des marches. Mais autrement, rien à redire. L’agence est réactive pour toutes les demandes.
