Nelly was easy to communicate with and the property was very well maintained. It was clean, all the facilities worked properly and each room had its on AC. It was within a 30 min drive to San Juan and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would highly recommend her property and will definitely be using it again in the future!

The house was beautiful. Very clean and I appreciated the security cameras outside. I contacted the owner upon arrival with a question and received a response with minutes. This property will be going on my list for future trips to PR! 10/10 great job!

Great place to stay in Caguas

Great place to stay, that allowed us to travel to San Juan, El Yunque and more. The house has all the necessities we needed for cooking and enjoying our stay. We had great communication with our host and they were very helpful even before, by giving us a list of good grocery stores to go to.

Amazing stay!

We definitely loved and enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and organized. There were a bunch of things that were available to us in the house. A quiet neighborhood. The house being on the corner at the top of the hill provided a great breeze all day!! We will definitely keep this house in mind next time we visit our family! Thank you!!

Perfect accommodations for our needs!

This home was perfect for my family of 5. We needed to stay in Caquas for a wedding and the hotel for wedding guests had rooms that only slept 4 people. This home was a better and cheaper option for us. The rest of the family staying at the hotel was jealous that we had room to spread out. The home was clean and the host was great at communicating before and during our stay! We came for the wedding but did a lot of exploring while here. El Yunque, Old San Juan, and eventually moving on to Vieques. This home was the perfect central location for exploring. I loved feeling like we were living like the locals in a typical Puerto Rican neighborhood!

Difficult time away

Eric and Nelly were both very attentive and accomadating. We had to go to PR because of a death in our family amd since the beginning Eric was very attentive and able to accomadaye us eventhough our dayes changed. Even while Eric was on vacation in Iceland, he checked in on us to see how we were doing. Next time we go to PR to visit family in Cayey we know where we are staying.

Love Love Lomita Linda

We rented this house for 10 days while we visited our mother. Immediately we entered we felt like home. Very nice equipped with everything we needed .I liked the decoration. You can feel safe in that Place We want to thank our hosted Nelly and Erick for their attention and for such good communication, it seemed as if we already knew each other. We hope to return to our Home Town and we will stay in Lomita Linda I declare many blessings to you all in the name of Jesus Christ

Great experience, property was clean and ready for us. Nelly let us check in 3 hrs early and was very responsive throughout our stay. Does not feel like a hotel/motel/resort. Feels like you’re staying in a home. You’re amongst the locals not surrounded by tourist. Everyone was polite and at no time did it feel unsafe. Plenty of bedding/pillows/towels. Ac’s in the bedrooms and fans in living room/kitchen space. Washer/dryer and a clothesline came in handy. Great host. 10/10. (Beds are soft, keep that in mind if you have a bad back)

A Terrific Experience!!!

We were staying at a VRBO as part of our relocation to Puerto Rico & a planned three days days became a 10 day stay when our house wasn’t ready… Nelly was amazing to work with and made what could’ve been a difficult situation very easy for us. The home is clean & efficient. The beds we’re comfortable & sheets were nice. There are plenty of towels AND a washer & dryer which was great to have! Everything you need is available to stay comfortably. The host (& her SIL Erik) were both kind & easy to communicate with- he even called ahead of our stay to introduce himself. If we were to offer anything that could be ‘better’ it might be to add a dresser or bench to the bedrooms to have more space to put belongings but it did not detract from our stay & there are big closets in each room. Also an island or more work space in the kitchen would have been nice (with our size of family especially) but if you are mostly eating out or cooking simple meals there is no issue at all. We would stay again & would recommend this VRBO highly if you want to be centrally located & have a great clean place with superb hosts!! Thank you Nelly & Erik!

Just what we needed!

Very nice host! Has place to park your vehicle, easy access to Caguas and surrounding areas with plenty of restaurant options. We rented this place for about 2 months while we were house hunting. Just the right size for us to feel comfortable with 3 bedrooms with a/c and kitchen with washer and dryer. We were able to entertain our friends and not worry about parking. We cannot thank our host enough for always checking on us and helping where he could!

We love Caguas!

My family often travels to Puerto Rico to see relatives and we usually stay in San Juan. We thought, let’s try something different. We’re so glad we did. Lomita Linda is a clean, comfortable, well appointed 3BR apartment in the hills outside of Caguas. The views of the valley are great, the neighborhood is small and peaceful, and we woke up to roosters (in the best way). The apartment is a 10 min drive into the center of Caguas, which is a nice place to eat out, hang in the central plaza, explore. There are many museums but we’re closed over the holiday. Beyond Caguas, we were just 25-30 min to San Juan (just avoid rush hour) and within an hour of multiple beaches, hikes, waterfalls, and towns to explore. The interior of PR is beautiful and much less touristy and built up than the coast. Staying in Caguas was a great way to enjoy the variety of PR while having a home base that felt increasingly “like home”. We had such a good time that we extended our trip 5 days! We will be back.

Beautiful stay!!

Eric and Nelly were both very nice, very knowledgeable of the island, helped us with things to do & places to go. They kept open communication with us from the time we booked until our last day in the house which we truly appreciated. The house was clean& organized, my kids loved their rooms. They even left us a special gift for our anniversary. We thank you guys so much for your hospitality. When we come back to this great and beautiful island we hope to stay here again.

Location, Cleanliness, Owner Communication , and the home overall exceeded our expectations. It was not a very far drive from airport, old San Juan, piñones or beaches. We had to extend our stay a few times and Eric was able to accommodate us. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great central location

Lomita Linda was an excellent stay. The GPS directions Mr Eric gave us took us right to the house, the house was squeaky clean and very beautifully decorated. Very spacious and can fit 5-6 people comfortably. Puerto Rico gets VERY hot so I was very happy the rooms had AC so we could sleep comfortably at night. Communication with the property manager was very easy and the check in process was a breeze. I was happy they had access to Netflix because I had been binging on “all American” and I was happy I didn’t have to wait to get home to watch an episode. I would definitely stay again next time I visit Puerto Rico.
