We rented the house for a family get together and it was perfect. We loved the layout for a big family. It was clean and had most of the amenities one would ask for. And the communication was good, too. We’d recommend!

We had such a wonderful time at this property and will definitely be back! Plenty of space to hang and enjoy together. Easy access to a clean pool, and hot tub. Beautiful bonfire pit - it was great for a friend trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the home! It was even more beautiful in-person. The one and only thing I would have changed is that we wished the pool was private versus a community pool. We enjoyed the hot tub, great sound system, fire pit, and fireplace. We had plenty of space for our large family and had a lovely stay overall!

The pros: the house was a fantastic space and perfect for our full family vacation. It's close enough to town and the beach to make frequent trips easy and accessible. The neighborhood pool was also amazing and we used it often. I definitely recommend the home for it's space and location. I gave 3 stars because of all the little things. While they somewhat communicated this upfront in the rental agreement, the amenities provided were incredibly lacking I'd say. Things like towels - while guaranteed at 1 per occupant - were really lacking. We did have 1 per occupant, but they were quite small for your regular bath towel and we ended up doing laundry multiple times to keep up with them. Very little paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. provided. I just typically expect for a rental that costs this much to provide a slightly higher level on those simple items. Overall would still recommend but be prepared for what you're going to get!

Overall very good. Beautiful place, no view really since it backed up to a densely wooded area but we did have 3 deer come walking right past the back yard. The towel holders in MB were coming out of the wall, poorly anchored to the dry wall, so we constantly had towels laying on the sink.Fridge was pretty small for a 5 bedroom house.Jack n Jill bathroom for two bedrooms upstairs presented unusual and unique problems. This results in several people using our shower in the master bedroom on 1st floor.Quiet time at 10pm kinda put a damper on the adults being able to have a few drinks and laughs outside. Tough to use the fire pit or hot tub without causing potential noise issues for neighbors.Nice that is was so close to home...
