Perfect location for my nephew's wedding at the Sedona Golf Club. Literally walking distance to the clubhouse and to several great restaurants and local spots in the neighborhood. Prompt response from the rental team on a few questions and was perfect amount of space for our family/group of 6 adults.

Property was very nice. Layout was great for several people. The main carpet definitely shows wear and tear but seemed to be clean. Could not get any hot water in kitchen but other than that we had no problems. The location of the property was close to the Sedona golf resort where our daughter got married so it worked perfectly. Overall I would highly recommend the property.

This was one of the best rentals in which we've stayed. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were great quality and comfortable. Communication was prompt and we didn't need to complete a long checkout list. We stayed here because it was close to the golf resort where a family wedding was held. We were able to just walk around the corner. We enjoyed the hot tub too. Thanks for a great stay!

Our granddaughter was graduating from VVS, a local boarding school, so we had a lot of family in town. Upon arrival, a couple of minor things were amiss that housekeeping had overlooked.The house was perfect for our situation. We didn’t end up using the hot tub, but the ping-pong table got some action.I highly recommend this property and can’t say enough about the great communication!

The house was clean and perfect for my sisters and me. And the hot tub was clean and perfect for using after a day of fun in Sedona. The location was perfect and just a short walk from The Collective at Sedona, which featured restaurants and shops. Try Bosa Donuts - they are fantastic! The home is also located a little south of downtown Sedona, which we liked being away from all the major traffic. But it was still just an easy drive if you wanted to go into downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Sedona getaway

Home and property were absolutely beautiful. Weather was uncooperative (snow and cold), so no golfing but still enjoyed the hot tub! Got a train ride along Verde Canyon, along with trips to Sedona and Jerome! Loved our stay!

Funny little property, master was a plus and we had two seperate families so it gave us our separation we needed at night.

Great Home

House was great! Kitchen has everything you needed for cooking, especially being thanksgiving dinner we cooked! Great communication when we had questions. Neighborhood is beautiful!

Great House . . . Great Stay

Many times when I rent a house, I hope that the house will live up to the pictures provided. In this case, the pictures don't live up to the house. The house is spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. I would highly recommend Bella Donna to anyone.

We loved the location of this house. Right on the golf course and really quiet. The set up of rooms were perfect for our group. There were a couple of changes I would have liked. No grab bar in the shower. It would have been nice if there had been a couple of clocks. The furnace was a mess. No matter how hard we tried couldnt get it above 72* in the house. Couple of mornings woke to under 60* called to fix it, didnt help. The management company was in Utah. Would have been nice to talk to someone local. Maybe provide some condiments in the frig. Overall beautiful house and beautiful country.

Lovely Property. HOT Tub DID NOT WORK

This was a lovely property. Rooms were large and spacious. Kitchen was nice. We rented this property because of the Hot Tub. Water in Hot Tub was only 70 degrees and water was low. After 2 visits from mantience the hot tub reached only reached 95 degrees. So we did not get to enjoy the hot tub. House was nice. but if you want to a Hot tub. maybe don't pick this place.

Received a call the day before we were due to check in that the hot tub was not working and that the part to fix it was not expected to be installed during our stay. We happen to see an electrician halfway through our stay on our way out so when we got home that evening we checked and the hot tub was heating we were able to soak once and then it was not heating for the rest of the time. There was no communication to tell us. The electrician had even come if we hadn’t happened to see him we wouldn’t have even thought to check and at least get the one soaked that we did. Communication with host was poor as far as response time and letting us know things without us asking. Hot water in the third shower was not working. And crumbs all over the floor under the bar area in the kitchen left over from previous users.

Great Location, Beautiful Home!

Bella Dona is a beautiful home in a great location. The home was spacious and comfortable. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. We were very disappointed with the non working hot tub which was one of the main reasons we chose this home. The hot tub temperature was 70 degrees when we arrived and it continued to drop. We notified the management, but the issue was not corrected during our stay. The pots and pans need replacement, dining chairs were sturdy, but very worn, entrance table had broken legs and should be replaced. VRBO should show all costs before client commits to booking.
