Best of Wesley Chapel Locations

When we travel from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in the Winter the most important thing for us are the outdoor spaces. Sitting in the screened in area looking at the water is one of the most beautiful, peaceful experiences ever and we also especially loved walking in the Saddlebrook property every morning. Kim and Charles were v great hosts.

Location of the property is great (shops, food, etc). Neighborhood is great. Neither Heat or AC work our entire stay. Contacted manager and they sent some out but never fixed it. Keurig machine did not work.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the location and neighborhood. We truly strive to provide great service to all our guests. Once we were notified of the heat and AC issue, our service company promptly inspected the system and determined parts were needed, which unfortunately could not be completed during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We were not made aware of the coffee maker issue during your stay and would have gladly resolved it right away. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our guest experience.

Edgewater Escape is exactly as it appears

We spent the month of January 2023 at Edgewater - and it was great. Any minor questions were immediately taken care of by Charles and Kim at iTrip. The unit was well stocked with enough kitchen equipment, and the 3 bedrooms with 2 and 1/2 baths were very comfortable. It is directly in front of a good size pond - and looking at all the wildlife was very tranquil and serene - just like a postcard. We would definitely stay here again. It is right in the middle of Saddlebrook Resort and two golf courses - Charles and Kim worked out a deal to get a discount on Greens Fees....great place.

Fantastic stay and excellent communication

We stayed at this home for a conference. The home was tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that there were three bedrooms with comfy beds and two full bathrooms upstairs. We had everything we needed at the home and were able to shop for the things we wanted. There was a lovely screened in sitting area out back overlooking the pond. We were a short 15 minute walk to the conference center at Saddlebrook, which was the perfect distance for us to walk each day. We had a problem finding our welcome email with our entry code (entirely my fault) and Kim was so quick to respond with new info and a new code. We had a few other requests/questions while we were there and they were so quick to respond and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this home and highly recommend iTrip.
