Kitchen with high-end appliances, gas stove, plentiful counter space, and SubZero refrigerator. Dining area with seating for eight and bar. Den opens up off of the Dining room through sliding glass doors, a comfortable leather couch that is sizable enough to double as a bed, and a large flat-screen television. Full bathroom with shower only which includes large washer and dryer. Air conditioning on this floor.

SECOND FLOOR: Spacious Master Bedroom with King bed, high ceilings, office area, air conditioning, and walk-in closet. Master bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Two charming, sunny queen Bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a combined tub and shower.

THIRD FLOOR: Playroom that includes two twin beds, please note that this space is Not a designated sleeping space as it lacks the second point of egress.
