Fantastic apartment with terrace and pool overlooking Volterra

Inmitte of green nature parks Santa Vittoria just outside of Volterra, lies the beautiful Residence Borgo Collevicchi. Here is the tasteful 2012 built apartment building with the charm of the incomparable Tuscany. The apartment Da Vinci has a separate entrance to the garden and living area. The apartment is technically equipped with air, cable TV and Wi-Fi connection Top. The two bathrooms are tastefully with confortable showers. Sheets, towels and bath towels are provided. Since March 2016, the terrace was paved and the apartment further embellished (See new photos).
Attention! Final cleaning is not included in the rent!
The final cleaning of 100,00 € will be paid upon arrival on site.

Had an amazing stay here. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and even more breathtaking in real life. The apartment is clean, comfortable and situated about 10 minutes from Volterra by car. Could not recommend enough if you want to stay in Tuscany!

Lovely spot near Volterra

Nicely localised holiday home, nice patio, two bathrooms, two bedrooms on first floor. Good swimming pool to be shared with a few other guests.

Absolutely beautiful area…

We loved the farmhouse, the property, pool, and surrounding area. WiFi was a little spotty, but the people attending to the property and restaurant, we’re great. Food was also amazing.

Great location!

Beautiful property with amazing views. This property is in a great location! We did have issues with the hot water heater not working 2 out of the 3 days we stayed and WIFI was marginal. Overall a good stay.

Hello Bryan, I would like to apologise for the difficult circumstances. I immediately had the faulty heater repaired, it was a bird's nest in the exhaust of the heater, now it runs 100% again. Great Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property and in Tuscany. Location was great for driving to where we wanted to visit. Property and views of Tuscan hills were beautiful. My 11 year old daughter loved the pool. Also super convenient to have the restaurant on site. Other owners we me we also very friendly.

An incredibly special place

Beautiful accommodation on a Tuscans hilltop. Yes you can see Volterra from there. The house is exactly as listed. The restaurant was very nice as was Luigi who took care of our needs. Lots of tiny twisty roads in and out but so worth it!

All you need !

What a beautiful place. We truly loved staying here. The apartment has anything you can wish for including great views of the surroundings and lots of space. The place is really quiet too and the pool is just great and just a few meters away. Really would recommend going here if you consider, you won’t be disappointed. Tip: you can order fresh bread every morning from the near by agri turismo.

Fantastic vacation

Overall a fantastic holiday home. Nice house with all the appliances you need. More then room enough for a family of 5. Especially the airconditioning was welcome for those hot Tuscan days. Amazing views from the house, the pictures really don’t give it the full credit. We miss them already. Very large and nice pool, fantastic restaurant at walking distance. This is def. Something we would come back to again. The only possible addition I could think of is maybe a bbq. But once again super holiday experience.

Beautiful property with minor issues

The good: Villa was very clean up on arrival. The beds are comfortable. The mini-split heat/AC worked well, although we didn't need it much. The villas all sit on top of a hill, with spectacular views. The food at the restaurant on the property is some of the best in the area, and you will struggle to beat the price. Plus, the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The bad: The water heater never worked consistently during our stay. It would get really hot and then get cold, which made rinsing off quite interesting. We mentioned it to the property manager and he came to fix, but the fix did not work. This led to longer showers that I felt wasted water. The beds were large frames with two separate mattresses, so you will find yourself in a crack at times. Zero paper foods provided, except for a couple partially used rolls of toilet paper. Perhaps providing more than 1 kitchen towel can help mitigate the use of paper products.

Das Feriendomicil Da Vinci ist ein wunderschöner Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Toskana in ihrer ganzen Pracht zu genießen. Die Lage auf einem Hügel mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die sanften Landschaften und auf das malerische Volterra ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Fotos im Internet versprechen nicht zu viel, die Aussicht ist in der Realität sogar noch beeindruckender.Wir haben die Ruhe und Weite des Anwesens sehr genossen. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen, und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Die Apartments sind geräumig, charmant eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders die Klimaanlage war an den heißen Tagen ein echter Segen.Ein Highlight war für uns das Restaurant auf dem Gelände – das Essen war sehr gut und der Blick von der Terrasse beim Abendessen einfach unvergesslich. Auch die Möglichkeit, direkt vom Besitzer Olivenöl oder Wein zu kaufen, fanden wir toll.Alles in allem ist das Feriendomicil Da Vinci ein kleines Paradies und eine absolut empfehlenswerte Basis für Erkundungen.

Das Haus liegt in unglaublich schöner Lage. Ich habe selten in einem Ferienhaus so viele Küchengeräte gehabt, so dass auch das kochen kein Problem war. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Durch den großzügigen Garten konnte unser Sohn sich frei fühlen und wir Eltern uns erholen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es gab für jeden genug Platz.

Tolle Basis für einen Toskana-Aufenthalt

Appartement liegt in einer Anlage mit mehreren Einheiten auf einem Berg direkt neben dem fußläufig erreichbaren Agritourismo Santa Vittoria, wo man auch gut und mit traumhaftem Blick essen kann. Sehr hochwertig und geräumig und mit Klimaanlage, Heizung und großer überdachter Terasse ausgestattet, so dass man für jedes Wetter gerüstet ist. Anfahrt über einen ca. 1.5 km langen Schotterweg, wenn man nicht gerade einen Supersportwagen fährt, sollte das aber kein Problem sein.Von der Terasse aus schaut man auf Volterra. Check-In erfolgte durch Luigi vom Agrotourismo nebenan, der äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Dort können auch verschiedene Backwaren für morgens bestellt werden, so das man nicht fahren muss.

Traumdomizil

Wir, 2 Paare Mitte 50, haben eine Woche im Haus Da Vinci verbracht und sehr genossen. Der Sitzplatz mit großem Garten, der Rundumblick in alle Richtungen und die Ruhe und Weite sind einmalig und sogar noch schöner als wir erwartet haben.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung für 5 Personen. Tolle Lage, nur ca 8 km von Volterra, einem sehr schönen, typisch toskanischen Städtchen entfernt. Verhältnismäßig großes Gemeinschaftspool, separat eingezäunt. Schöner Vorgarten, separater Eingang, zwei Kühlschränke, tolle Zimmer mit schöner Deko. Ein idealer Ort für eine schöne Urlaubszeit als Familie!

Idylle auf Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht

Ein wirklich charmantes, sonniges Hausteil zum wohlfühlen, ideal für 4 Personen, liegt in einer kleinen, gepflegten, abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage mit herrlichem Pool auf einem Hügel mit tollem Rundumblick.
