Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Castle Farms Wedding

We had a wedding to attend at Castle Farms. This stay was very close and an amazing view! The price was well worth the stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Reviewer Comments: I wasn't sure if there would be anyone in the "office" when we walked in as we were given a passcode to get in to the building and most of the reservation and booking process was done through email. I was pleasantly surprise that we were greeted by a very friendly woman. It was nice to actually have some customer service. We found the room to be clean, appointed nicely, and well-maintained. We have been to Charlevoix countless times and this trip was as good as any of the other ones. It is a beautiful town with good shops and restaurants. This property is located for easy walking access to everything. The location was also excellent for just sitting on the deck and watching boats go by. We will stay here again.Thank you.

Wow what a let down...place not what it use to be.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years have stayed here many times... like location ! However on this visit was disappointed with the unit we stayed in.... found carpet and furniture with stains in need of cleaning ... also furniture was very uncomfortable.. it had 3 very small chairs a (stained)couch which is in need of being replaced... found several areas in bathroom that are much in need of maintenance.

Great view

We loved the location and the view of the draw bridge. We also loved the pool area. The unit itself was a bit dated and the carpet should be removed. We slept really good because the bedroom was in the back with no windows so it was nice and dark. The front desk told us they would call when the unit was ready and never did. We went there a few times and no one was at the front desk and we watched the cleaning staff leave the unit with their cart so we knew it was ready. Unfortunate that people don't follow through.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect for the view of coming and going if boat traffic. The water is a pretty blue. A nice balcony to sit and have drinks on. Walk to great restaurants for every meal. All in all a perfect location. My unit needs updating badly, still back in the 80s, and badly worn. The bathroom had visible mold in many places.There was dust and spider webs all over. When l mentioned this to the desk manager he just shrugged his shoulders. Housekeeping is letting it go and they get premium pricing for the room! Pictures of rooms make them look nice.....not really!

Back again but needs some updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming there @ least since 1993 and have always enjoyed it. Couple of issues with this unit though...I sleep on the couch fold-a-way. My wife sleeps on the bed in the bedroom. The bottom sheet to cover the mattress was the wrong size..for a twin bed. The mattress had lumpy springs. I ended up covering the cushions with the twin sheet and sleeping on them. In the bedroom my wife had a hard time sleeping because ALL of the pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was "hard". Last, the blind on the patio window did not block the light out @ night time very well. The front desk lady (Amanda)was very courteous.

The patio blinds are more for privacy than light filtering, but I understand the issue you were having with them.
