Large, modern and spacious house on the edge of the forest that can accommodate 6 people.

The location is ideal for discovering the island and its surroundings or for enjoying the beach located 1 km 200 away (5 minutes by bike by bike path). Shops in Grand-Village also accessible by bike by bike path (10 minutes by bike).

The accommodation has 6 comfortable beds distributed as follows:

- 1 large double bed (180 x 200) on the ground floor
- 1 double bed (140 x 180) upstairs
- 1 double bed (140 x180) upstairs

On the ground floor, the house is composed of a kitchen with central island, open to the main room. A technical area with washing machine. A master bedroom with access to the terrace and a small bathroom. A toilet.

Upstairs, a mezzanine, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a toilet complete the accommodation.

A large terrace with a quiet garden and a view of the forest. Very practical outdoor shower for your return from the beach.

Parking space in the enclosed courtyard in front of the house.

Please note: a studio adjoining the house and completely independent with its own enclosed outdoor space. You will only share the gate.

Maison trés confortable, trés bien aménagée et équipée, trés propre, ouverte sur un espace extérieur trés agréable à vivre et ombragé. acces en 5 mn à velo par chemin ombragé a une tres belle plage peu fréquentée.(proprios charmants)
