Another wonderful stay

We love staying at this condo. The condo is comfortable and has everything we need. The pool is just outside one door, the other door is the ocean. We enjoy the beach just feet from the condo, watching rocket launches, the large cruse ships and watching surfers and gliders. We had a great time!

Great place for much needed get away

The condo was perfect for my son and I while my wife and girls stayed in another condo. We enjoyed first floor access with a private balcony. Pool guests can get rowdy but the condo keeps the noise down immensely to our surprise. We would definitely return here and I recommend this condo for a small group, individual or for a quick getaway for spouses. Really enjoyed the time we had here and really appreciated the amenities available to keep costs down for our time there. My son loved the Murphy bed and slept soundly each and every night. Thanks again for the time and we would enjoy being guests again in the future.

Very nice condo in a beautiful area.

The condo is lovely. It is a corner condo, so it gets a lot of light and has a large patio. It is next to the pool and a short walk over the dunes to the ocean. Most pool activity ends by 6:00, so there was never any noise that may bother people who go to bed early. The owner was very responsive when there was a problem and had a repair person out quickly to fix the problem. The pots and pans are in good condition and there is plenty of tableware.

This property is directly next to the pool, so keep that in mind if you like complete darkness and quiet at night. I would also ask the owner to please provide the pool gate code and a parking pass for your car at check-in. We had to ask a neighbor for the pool pass code. We also needed an extra set of sheets for the pull out couch. Also, the person who cleaned before we got there, left partially used toiletries (like toothpaste, lotion, mouthwash) in the bathroom. The cleaning person also left partially used condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc) in the refrigerator. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and all of the beach chairs, etc. that were provided!
