Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Replace all furniture items to their original positions
Gather and dispose of all garbage including perishable food in the refrigerator.
Clean and put away all dishes, do not leave dishes in the dishwasher or sink
Gather and place all towels in the bathtub/shower
Leave bedding on the beds as housekeeping will be changing them out
Verify all personal possessions have been taken
Sign out of all personal APPs on all TV’s (Netflix, Prime, etc)
Assure all lights are turned off
Close, lock entrance door, put keys in the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
