Much needed relaxation!

We have stayed here before and absolutely love both times! We love lounging as a family on the comfy couch. And love working on a puzzle with views at the table. Exploring nearby towns is excellent too..and the beach!

The house was comfortable for our family of 4 adults and two pups. Our adult children worked daily during our stay at the roomy table. They enjoyed the beautiful view of the coastline. The kitchen was adequate for simple meals. Dillon beach is quiet and very dog friendly. We were all happy with the house and the location.

Get Away to Dillon Beach with the dog

House was just a minute’s drive down the hill to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Living spaces were open, full of light and comfortable for hanging out together.

Awesome place for a family trip! Only challenge was that a chair broke when a family member sat on it. It was totally rusted through and collapsed!

Nice Stay

It was foggy, but still a lovely place to stay. Also, we accidently turned an outside light at night and the neighbors are very sensitive to it. We didn't get the message until the next day so have to apologize for that.

Great house! Great location!

The house is in a fantastic location. The views are incredible! There seems to be a new beautiful huge patio but sadly the wind ruined it for me as it was far too windy to even sit outside. Still loved it though since I could stay inside and enjoy the view. Loved the fireplace. The house was very clean and well stocked. Only things I personally missed was there was no salt or spatula. The beds were comfy. Great water pressure throughout. An adorable market at the bottom of the hill. Loved it all!

This home was our family’s favorite. Nicely furnished and decorated, very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The big sectional in the living area was great for our family of six adults to lounge on. And the view! Superb and quiet location. We used the HOA parking pass several times to park up on Oceana Drive to make the mile hike through the hills to what we call Hidden Beach, and also down below on Tahiti to get easy access to Dillon Beach.

The hills are steep, so you are not just going for a walk, it's a full on Olympic work out. The house is comfy and clean. And the kitchen is pretty well stocked.

Agua La Vista - Dillon Beach Getaway

Beautiful home with incredible ocean views. The home was furnished in a cool coastal vibe. Very comfortable rooms with vintage tiled bathrooms. Great for a family. Need to bring all your groceries and a full tank of gasoline as Petaluma is about 30 minutes away. The local store was cute, but expensive. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the new deck setup. Definately a plus! The driveway could fit 3 cars but it was narrow. It is an HOA property but we didn't have any issues as described in the welcome manual. The welcome manual was very complete but an overwhelming size for a vacation rental. It would be better as a secondary and something simpler weasy-to-use basic check-in/ checkout procedures and more engaging format.This home did have drawbacks as there were some maintenance issues that I hope the management company/ owners can correct. This property needs a checkup as its a wood structure at the ocean.The limit on towels, bath products, and paper goods was surprising for the pricepoint.Overall,we had a great stay and we would rent this property again. .

Location is great, fantastic views! Top level is cozy! A selection of snacks and drinks was a plus! Thank you! Check-in was a little confusing with contract requirements. Instead of giving the key I would suggest sharing actual code to the door in case you get locked out accidentally. Shower is basic "exfoliating" spray, I would highly recommend to change to normal shower heads for the price of the listing. Heater on the 1st floor was not working well in all rooms, please double check for the next guest. Possibly remove the tree from the top level - it is not stable and has thorns or something of the sort (not safe for kids). Lastly, while huge TV is nice - turning furniture to the ocean may make more sense with the beautiful views you have.

Ocean Serenity

From the moment we pulled into the driveway to the sad moment we departed this home surpassed all our expectations. We typically stay in at least a couple VRBO`s annually. ALVB was unbelievable. I`ve never experienced a rental property that nailed the mark on every single amenity. From kitchen utensils, pans, dinnerware, spices, can openers, they even had a strainer for our pasta. Fully prepared BBQ grill outback. A maintenance crew member (Jose) happened to be there (we did arrive an hour early). He ensured everything was working and even left a back up bottle of propane. Views are spectacular...beyond belief. The home is perched on top of the hill but close enough so that the sounds of waves crashing the rocks are audible through an open window. Dillon Beach and Lawsons Landing are both minutes away for tons of beach activities. Bring a strong kite! We`re already planning our next stay.

Once we notified management, they immediately jumped into action and moved us into a different rental (Much bigger/nicer property) within hours, sent someone by to make sure the new house was clean, make sure we were good and again called the next morning to check in with us. Both homes were beautiful, well-furnished, well-appointed, comfortable, fully operational hot tubs, BBQ grills, appliances etc. 5 Star management team!

Great stay

Amazing stay, amazing views. The property has thought of pretty much everything you may need, given that there's only a couple of small stores nearby. The views are outstanding and the property description and photos were accurate.
