ENTRY LEVEL
Kitchen – Well-appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. A small breakfast bar with seating opens to the dining area, making it easy to gather while cooking.

Living Room – Comfortable furniture and stellar ocean views make this a wonderful space to relax. Sliding doors lead to the deck with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and windbreaks for year-round comfort. Enjoy the cozy gas/log fireplace and a new flat-screen TV with Apple TV and Sling TV services.

Dining Area – A 4-seat dining table perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or fun game nights.

Bedroom 1 – Spacious bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and a desk/workstation—great for guests who need a quiet spot to work or write.

Bathroom – Full bathroom with shower.

Laundry Area – Washer and dryer conveniently located just off the kitchen.


UPPER LEVEL
Primary Loft Bedroom – A large, loft-style retreat featuring a comfortable Queen bed, cozy gas fireplace, and lounging area.
A beautiful clawfoot bathtub sits in the bedroom near the fireplace, creating a relaxing spa-like atmosphere.

Half Bath – Conveniently located on the upper level.

GAME ROOM / GARAGE
A fun hangout space with a mid-size pool table, foosball table, and seating area—perfect for friendly competition and evening entertainment.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The wraparound deck offers stunning ocean views and glass windbreaks so you can comfortably enjoy the outdoors.

- 6 Person Max Occupancy - Day or Night - NO Parties/Gatherings - Private Community w/ HOA&Security
- 3 Small-Medium Car Maximum in Driveway - No On Street Parking - Driveway is inclined with a slight curve
- Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Max - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your pup.
- One Guest Parking Pass provided for easier beach access - Not to be used for general On Street Parking
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home. Outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
