Paki Maui 120 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the first floor with wonderful garden views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed. The spacious and remodeled bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower with custom tilework. The living room includes a Queen size sleeper sofa.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

It certainly is quaint with hardly a right angle. Very handy to beach and shops and very well appointed apartment with everything. The people at MyPerfectStays were very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing Place!!

So cute and perfect for my little family. The courtyard was beautiful and makes the condo feel very private. The pool and hot tub are awesome, and it's so nice to be able to take a dip and watch waves from the pool while bbqing. Love love loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

Lovely spot!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Paki Maui. The courtyard is gorgeous and the patio felt fairly private because of all of the tropical plants around us. It was a bit noisy at times because we all kept our windows open, but everything else about the condo was just perfect. It was clean, well-appointed, had a beachy vibe, and a great location. We'd love to come back one day!

Absolutely love this unit! Super clean and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Very close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We had a car rental but did a lot of walking. This condo is steps from the beach and pool.

Maui dive trip

Great location - many amenities in walking distance. more than adequate space for 2 people. 10 minute to downtown Lahaina. Appliances all new & clean. Back beach wall under construction/repair so couldn't enter water at the property edge, had to walk down to an adjacent beach. Pool area great for lounging. Would definitely return!

A great stay;

A central location; no A/C but it didn't matter; no microwave or oven was minimal inconvenience; comfortable bed; appropriate beach and water toys. Nearby restaurants, fins, masks, concierge service for access to multiple programs; easy parking; secure.The major hassle was that the TV and streaming service had apparently been separately purchased by the owners and was not consistent with other Paki Maui services. The "TV Guy" thru the caretakers had no idea how to handle the handheld controller so we had no TV access for 10 of the 12 days we were there. Just read a lot of books and obtained news from our computers (great Wi-Fi access) but no TV or Netflix, etc.Would easily return and there is apparently a "deal" for repeat visitors.

Great view from the complex, a little warm.

We liked this property, but likely wouldn't stay in this particular unit again. The positives of this unit were it's kitchen, which had nice appliances and counters, making cooking and eating in the unit very easy. We also liked the complex's pool and BBQ. Since the check-in is so late and the check-out so early, the pool is a great place to lounge and enjoy the view. There are communale bathrooms in the basement that you can use to change. This was a nice feature. The negative was definitely the bedroom; the bedroom window faces the main walkway for the parking lot. When people talk on the walkway you have the impression they are right in the room, and it wakes you up at all hours. Also, there is no AC, so you have no choice but to leave the window open for circulation. Another down side was the shower, which sprayed water all over the bathroom (the shower curtain does not solve this problem); a sliding door insert would have been a better choice for the space. It's a nice place, but I would not sugest it for light sleepers.

Nice unit with easy access from garden and parking lot

We were impressed with the kitchen, the comfort of the furniture, and the easy location north of Kaanapili. The first floor access was great but has the draw-backs (as noted by others) of noise from parking lot and garden/koi pond area. Most of the time, that was manageable but we did have one short night of the five we were there because of noise. Perhaps consider bringing earplugs? I suggested to the property manager that they provide intel in the welcome binder about location of laundry rooms on property, trash dumpsters, and even of the office where one gets a parking pass. A shortage of signs made exploration mandatory. Not a bad thing on its own, but not everyone is able to wander around for 15 minutes looking for something on a large site. Also, I knew enough to get the wi-fi SSID and password from the router, but not everyone will. That might be useful information for some guests too. Again, we really enjoyed our stay and found the unit lovely in many ways. The above are offered as friendly thoughts for enhancing the experience for others. Best wishes.

The location was great and access to the ocean was wonderful. Even though the listing leads one to believe there is an ocean view, there is not one from this unit. You have walk through the resort to get to the ocean. Unfortunately, some of the furnishings left a little to be desired. The curtains in the living room and the bedroom did not have enough hooks for them to hang properly; the upper Jalousie in the bedroom did not open and the screen was not attached well, leaving a crack in the bottom. The rheostat on the fan in the bedroom was either full force or nothing. There was a nice, new set of pans in the kitchen, which helped with meal prep. On our first day, we had an issue with the television in the living room. The management team sent someone out right away and he was able to fix the problem. The management team was very communicative and helpful with information. They were always quick to respond with any issues.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed at Paki Maui in this lovely unit. The unit is extremely clean, nicely decorated and very user friendly! Just about anything you might need is provided. Great location for quick and easy access to the pool/whirlpool/bbq (we enjoyed all three) and oceanfront. Being we were here in January, we were treated to quick a show of whales right off of the shore! This unit is wonderful for doing all you might want to do including nothing at all! 😉
