Lakefront Cottage with Private Beach

All-season lakefront home on tranquil Parker Pond. Property boasts 140' of private water frontage with beach and swimming area with beautiful, clean, sandy bottom just 25 steps from the back entrance to the cottage.
Parker Pond is great for fishing, ice fishing, bird watching, paddle boarding and kayaking. Guests are welcome to bring their boat and use our dock.
Property is 1 mile from scenic Casco Village. Easy access to Raymond, Naples, and Windham for shopping and activities.
House comfortably sleeps 8, so great for groups. Three (3) bedrooms and sleeper sofa in basement. Fully-equipped, full-size kitchen with island and granite countertops.

Hello! We are Jeremy and Treena and are delighted to be able to offer our Casco lakefront home for others to enjoy. Treena was born and raised a "Mainah". We have two teenagers, Connor and Maddy, also born in Maine (Lewiston). Jeremy is from "away". (For those not from Maine, for reference - anyone who was not born in Maine is referred to as being from "away". Even if you moved to Maine the day after you were born, you are still considered to be from away!)
We currently live in Bangladesh in South Asia where we are posted for work. Treena works for a non-profit and Jeremy owns and operates a farm equipment rental business, helping smallholder farmers access labor-saving agricultural machinery like tractors and combine harvesters - many for the first time. We have been overseas for the last 20 years, but always come home to Maine for the summer. Maine is truly a vacationland!

Why they chose this property

Our smooth, sandy, gradual entry beach and swimming area are a rare find in the Sebago Lakes region.
Parker Pond, where we are located, is a small, quiet lake that has not been overdeveloped. It features clean, crystalline water and an island in the middle, and is perfect for canoeing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming - you name it.
Lots of wildlife as well including bald eagles, loons, ducks, turtles, herons, and even a mink.
We have put extensive effort and investment into our flower gardens and they are a key feature.
