Ski Snowbird! Iron Blosam Condo - Double Unit Condo with Studio and Bedroom

My family has enjoyed this condo since the 1970's. We own this as a one week timeshare and the condo is professionally managed. This condo is double unit with traditional hotel side with two full beds and full bath on one side and an adjoining studio unit with Murphy Bed and Couch that folds out as well as fireplace and full kitchen. It can sleep up to 8 people but works best for 6 or less. Both units have sliding glass doors with balconies and gorgeous views of the mountain and ski slopes. You are in the Snowbird Village and right across the street from the WIlbere Lift so you can grab your skis and go. There is an outdoor heated pool onsite as well as a gym and oversized hot tub. The common property area also features a game room, laundry facilities and there is great restaurant onsite as well call Wildflower. The final completion of housekeeping services may continue past 4PM. Units may only be occupied when housekeeping services are complete.

Utah Ski Vacation

My husband and I have wanted to ski In Utah for years, and a co-worker always recommend Snowbird! So we finally did it and it was amazing! Our stay at the Iron Blosam was perfect, super convenient to all the amenities. We had a party of three and the set up of having a kitchen and spare beds was just what we needed and the view from the patio was gorgeous. The Snowbird Center and Cliff Lodge were an easy walk, or take the shuttles. We hit up the Wilber’s lift each morning, it was a little bit of a hike back but nothing too difficult, especially for the overall ease of staying on site. Check-in and checkout were simple and easy and Brian was super responsive to any questions and recommendations, we can’t wait to go back!!!

We are from the Dallas, Texas area. My family purchased the timeshare units back in the 1970's when Iron Blosam first opened. We have been skiing there ever since.

Why they chose this property

Iron Blosam is the perfect location for the serious skier. Snowbird accomodates both skiers and snowboarders and is one of the most challenging ski resorts in the country. Snowbird connects on the mountain top to Alta which is a fantastic family ski only resort so there really is a vast terrain and variety of skiing available. The condo is within walking distance of the Wilbere Lift which is right across the street. The property does have amenities to make it comfortable for groups and families. Snowbird is a quick 45 minutes +/- drive from Salt Lake City Airport and 30+/- minutes to shopping and restaurants in Salt Lake. We love the convenience this property offers , the friendly staff and beautiful views.

What makes this property unique

Within 30-40 min drive of Salt Lake City Airport (cleared roads). Also accessible to Alta Ski Resort (ski only) which is just up the road and hour or so drive from Park City, Deer Valley, Solitude, Brighton and others.
