We began our stay with the inability to connect with WiFi in the unit and one person in our party who intended to work during our stay, could never connect to WiFi on her computer. At scattered times a phone could be connected. Our VRBO contact was quick to respond and tried to help but unsuccessful. Nowhere in our unit was there a sheet of instructions or a notebook about some of the complicated appliances, channels for the television set, or any other typical instructions you need when you’re in a new property. A few days in, the elevator was out of order and a wheelchair bound person could not leave our rental for three days until it was fixed. Someone needs to inventory the equipment available - ie. no saucepan was large enough to boil pasta, only one teaspoon was available!?!
