This incredible beach house located in the family-friendly community of Seabreeze in Seacrest, Florida.

Designed all on one level, 'Poppy Breeze' is the perfect choice for anyone who needs accommodations free from stairs. Beautiful landscaping and wrap-around porches welcome you to this attractively decorated beach home with hardwood floors throughout.

One step inside and you will be delighted with the spacious great room and adjoining dining area with lots of windows to let in the Florida sunshine. Stainless appliances, shiny quartz counters and an adjoining breakfast bar are features you will love in the upscale kitchen.

A central hallway leads to three bedrooms - the kid's room with a Twin/Full bunk bed (70lbs max), a guest room with a queen bed and the large, master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom with a large shower and double vanity, and French door that opens to a long, back porch.

A large hall bath with double vanity and tub/shower is convenient to the other two bedrooms. TVs throughout and hi-speed Internet. The private pool area can be accessed from the master bedroom, the laundry room and through the gated entrance at the side of the house. The pool can be heated during cooler months on a per stay basis of $50 per day.

You will love the large deck area and beautiful landscaping around the (12’ X 24’) pool. Relax in your lounge chair under one of the 9 palm trees as the kids splash in the pool. Poolside table and chairs plus a gas grill makes dining outside a pleasure.

Enjoy a pleasant stroll along a quiet, residential lane, to the beach only minutes away (about a 3-4 minute walk). The large, covered porches provide the perfect places for relaxing in the fragrant breezes. The entire back yard is fully fenced for your privacy and security.

Parking for 2 - 3 cars. Close to shops and restaurants in nearby Seaside, Seagrove Beach, and Alys / Rosemary Beach.

Most Relaxing Getaway

We spent a week here for our baby moon and it was the perfect spot. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, yet a very short walk to the beach. The pool was perfect to come back to after a long day on the beach or in town. Niki was amazingly attentive and we will be back!

Excellent home for our vacation

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week at this home. Very spacious and plenty of room. There was great communication with the owners who were extremely friendly and quick to respond and resolve a few questions that we had. They also had good recommendations for local places to eat. The street was very quiet with little traffic and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We really enjoyed having our own private pool where we spent lots of time swimming. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful property. The pictures are great but, it is much better to see this property in person. Great amenities, proximity to the beach and restaurants. We had an amazing stay at Poppy Breeze! The property was beautiful and spotless upon our arrival! So many amenities were available- from a well appointed kitchen, pool/beach towels, pool toys to beach chairs & tent & sand toys!! Every detail was thought of and Niki was super responsive! The Place To Stay!

We travel often. We’ve been to Florida multiple times. We use VRBO frequently. With that said, if you are looking for an excellent house, a wonderful host, and an easy walk to the best beach that is close to all amenities, and located within in a family style/respectful neighborhood, then stop looking and book with Niki! From the moment we got there we were extremely pleased! The layout of the house was great. The beds were comfy and we all slept well! The kitchen had all we need down to better cookware than most rentals. We enjoyed the pool ..it does get a lot of debris due to mature trees in the neighborhood..but no huge thing. Lounging by pool with all the set up and palm trees was great. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood at night. The house is prime location to everything we wanted. The walk to beach is easy and had all the gear you need! Would stay again!!!!

Great stay and location

This place is perfect for family. One, the pool was a great addition to have while it was nap time for the kiddo. It is a safe walking distance to the beach and I believe since there is no parking, there was not as much foot traffic on this portion of the beach, which was ideal for relaxation. We had zero issues and the property manager is very responsive if there was any questions. Overall, 10 out of 10. Also, check out Fonville Press Market for some really good coffee and food.

We are so excited both to spend time there as well as host others looking for a beautiful place like this to enjoy. We have 2 boys, 1 daughter-in-love, and 2 grandchildren (they run the show around here). Just like we can’t wait to make wonderful family memories in this home, we hope others will as well.
