The Space:

Welcome to Cabane de l’Évidence, a family villa in the heart of Cap Ferret, captivating with its authentic architecture and outdoor spaces—perfect for sharing an aperitif or relaxing by the heated pool.



The dining area, open to a fully equipped kitchen, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere—ideal for meals with family or friends. In summer, the sunny terrace with its plancha invites you to enjoy peaceful al fresco lunches.



On the garden level, two bedrooms—each with direct outdoor access—feature a double bed (140 cm), a spacious shower room, and separate toilets. This level also includes a convenient laundry room.



Upstairs, the master suite, with a double bed (160 cm) and its private shower room, offers a comfortable and intimate retreat. A second bedroom, with a single bed (90 cm) and a baby crib, also has its own adjoining shower room, while a separate toilet completes this floor. Two additional double bedrooms, each with its own terrace, as well as a large bathroom and a separate toilet, are also located in the villa.



An elegant outbuilding houses a fifth bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features its own shower room with WC, ensuring comfort and privacy. Furnished with a double bed and bunk beds, it is perfectly suited for a couple with children or up to four children in a dedicated and welcoming space.

The villa is entirely private, and you will have exclusive use of it throughout your stay.



The property includes one parking space within the grounds. Alternatively, you can also park very easily right in front of the villa.
