Thank you so much for staying at Smoky Mountain Highlander and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, the décor, the beautiful private views, and the overall comfort of the cabin. I appreciate you noting both the updates and the areas that could still benefit from improvement. We’re continually working through upgrades, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize what will make the biggest impact for future guests. I’m also sorry for the dust and cobwebs you noticed in a few places. While we’re pleased the bathrooms were in great shape, the rest of the cabin should have reflected the same level of cleanliness.
