Built into the hillside adjacent to national forest and overlooking the valley below; with amazing mountain views from every window and private trails to explore all throughout the neighborhood, adventure is just a step away! The open-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family. Venture out onto your private deck to take in fresh air and keep your eye out for bears, foxes, and moose roaming the valley below. A true Rocky Mountain Experience!

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm
Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday 9am-11am
Sunday 5pm-7pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7am-9pm

There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.

Stunning home

We have stayed at many VRBOs but none of them compared to this one. This home had everything you could possibly need. Games, books, everything you need in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean. The process of checking in and out was simple. My entire family was in awe and we already want to come back in the fall and winter!
