Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spacious unit and needs updating. However definitely workable for a one week stay.

Horrible

Not one thing, the place was so dirty, couch was ripped and so dirty. Sent pics to corporate and did not here back from them. Do not rent this place. I wouldn’t even give it one star but had to so it would post. Plus still haven’t heard back from them yet still.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!

Unit was very outdated. Kitchen appliances and living room furniture looked like it was from the 1970s. Kitchen appliances need to be replaced. Refrigerator has no ice maker and is rusted in places. Bedrooms were okay. Porch was dirty hadn’t been vacuumed, vacuum was broken, 4 of the chairs were rusted and nasty and the ceiling fan is literally falling apart. On a good note… the bathrooms had been updated and the pool is fabulous!!! We will NOT be renting THIS unit again!

Needs a few updates

One of the couch cushions were totally ripped with stuffing coming out. Some of the bedding was stained and some had removable stains that we wiped up. My wife was grossed out by that and the back deck needs some TLC. But for the price I guess we got almost what we paid for short of the dirty linens. Just seemed as if nothing was invested into this property since the 90's and its well over due.

The condo is clean and well maintained. My favorite part is the screened in porch with its wonderful view of the bay.
