Difficult review. The small cabin was fine, but crowded. It was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was in pretty poor condition. I’m sympathetic because we have basically had a drought the last 3 months and everyone’s grass is dead. I felt like the promotion of the private hot tub and outdoor shower was misleading. The hot tub is fenced but next to a different building. The gate was locked. We got an email the next morning saying the hot tub was reserved by another guest. There was no mention of being able to reserve it. More explanation would have made me feel much better about the stay.

We Wish you would have taken into consideration, over three months of near and over 100 degree temperatures turned our native grasses brown. Everyone is stuggling with keeping grass and plants alive. Your comment about the hot tuB is unfair, as we soecificially sent you in your checK in details soecifics pertaining to both oF Our sparkling Clean hot tubs. We do maintain our prOperty and keep thr grounds clean. Your review is not Accurate in our upkeep of our beautifuk retreat. You just came at rhe peak of rhe summer. Our cabins are Guest faVorites for many many guests, and They love the decor and rustic cabin feel wirh everyrhing you need for a comfortable stay including amazing ac and COmfortable king Size bed. The outdoor Shower was availabLe For your use and you chose not to use it. It was available! The shared hot tub was available aS well aNd You chose not to Use it. We pride ourselves in maintAining a clean, cozy, tiNy cabin retreat for guests who enJoY escaping the city. We Chose thIs Cabin and it is exactly aS it Shows in thE Pictures, but you chose to leaVe a bad review on your choice.
