Very nice place to stay and ride snowmobile. Within a mile from the trail and can go through woods to get to trail. Very comfortable with two baths and a full kitchen. Perfect for our family. Will probably be back!!
Loved everything about the Grey Wolf Cabin! Comfy, Cozy, Clean, awesome location, excellent communication with host! Highly recommend this cabin if your looking for a great experience on your trip to the upper peninsula of Michigan!
The cabin was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was as described on the listing. Check in was easy and the owner answered our questions quickly! Plenty of beds, kitchen was stocked with essentials, and bathrooms had plenty of towels and supplies. I wish we had more time to explore the area!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Grey Wolf cabin. Check in was extremely easy, it was perfectly clean and the property was in an excellent, peaceful location. Melodie was so helpful with everything! Can't recommend enough.Thank you so much!
Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The three bedrooms allowed plenty of space and the open concept living area was perfect. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only small item that could be improved was mowing the weeds out of the back yard. The home was a quick drive to everything we wanted to see in.
Ryan and the property were outstanding. No issues whatsoever and highly recommend! Great location for snowmobiling in addition to anything else you may want to do.
Great cabin for two couples with kids. Two bedrooms are separate from the third, which as an on suite. Allowed the couple with kids to put them to sleep and not disturb other adults. Front screened in porch was great for evening hanging out while kids in bed.
We rented this for our 2025 family girls Vacation The accommodations and location were amazing. The property manager was amazing. The only concerned we had was we couldn’t get the AC to work we turned the thermostat to cool but the AC never turned on. I would recommend we hav
In the woods but close enough to tourist things like Picture Rocks Cruise. G-kids happy with wi-fi. Well provisioned kitchen. We even had hot dogs & s’mores at the fire pit one night. I would return.
Our group came to explore the Pictured Rocks area and this put us right close to everything we wanted to be at. The space was well laid out to fit all of us, though a couple beds we had to share felt a little small. The place was cozy, layout was great, and we had a wonderful time. The only thing we wished was different would be having just a few more kitchen items to help with large group cooking (serving bowls and baking pans, for instance). We bought a few items we left at the VRBO to assist. Great stay overall!
Despite the weather not cooperating (i.e. not enough snow for snowmobiling), our February trip to Lake Tahoe Resort UP was awesome. Ryan is a great host, the Grey Wolf cabin is spacious and well-equipped, and the location is close to many destinations in the eastern UP. Our group hopes to return to Lake Tahoe Resort UP next year (and bring our sleds!).

Wetmore Visit
We were pleasantly impressed by the cabin we stayed at over in Upper Michigan. We enjoyed the amenities it had like the free towels and pots and pans available for use, but a few things we had to go buy from the store, so that was a little disappointing. Additionally, our cabin suffered a 45 minute power outage, which dampened the experience a little, but we did like the cabin overall.
The house appeared exactly as pictured. It was a very nice house with more then enough space to accommodate our group of 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids comfortably. The outdoor area is also very spacious, plenty of room to park multiple cars, have a fire and play outside. The little hiking trails on the property were definitely a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed as we cooked a few of our meals there.
The property is close to the downtown Munising, Pictured Rock and many beaches
The owners were very friendly, informative and accommodating before and during our stay.
We met with family for an end of summer vacation (ages 8-75) and really loved our stay. The house was incredible - clean, spacious, well appointed, and great location. We could walk on the trails right from the back yard, enjoy a bonfire, and use the house as a comfortable landing spot between trips into town and other excursions. Everyone in the family loved it. Management was nearby, friendly, and very responsive. We are already thinking about our next reservation here!
First rental thru Vrbo. The property was great. Nice quiet location in the woods. The cabin was better than advertised. Quick responses from the property manager.
Our family was very happy staying here. The house is larger than it appears in photos offering us more room to spread out. 2 full baths were very clean and we had plenty of towels and blankets for our stay. Being 15 minutes from Munising, we made several outings to points of interest, Pictured Rocks Kayak tour, drove to Grand Marais for Yooper Lite hunting, and took our own kayaks to The Autrain River. This is dog friendly and that made our whole family happy. Most trails in the area are also dog friendly. Kudos to our hosts as they helped make our Aventure Week amazing!!!!! 😁
The pictures don’t due the cabin justice. The furniture and decor are quite fitting to the environment and tasteful. Communication with host is quick and other than food, all we needed was included. We bought wood from the host as they live on the property so bring your own if you are from the U.P. They provided coffee, filters, spices, syrup, garbage bags, Saran Wrap, etc. and we appreciate that so we didn’t have to buy it all only to use a small amount. If we return, we would definitely rent again! Due to the vast tree coverage, the cabin is a bit dark but other than that, we were all pleasantly impressed.
