Quiet South Cocoa Beach area. A 2nd floor unit in a 4 unit condo building. Enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the direct Ocean view. This is a 2 Bedroom and 2 bath unit. 1 Bedroom has King size bed with master remodeled bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. Unit sleeps 6. Updated kitchen with all utensils that a cook would need. Disney World approximately 1 hour drive. Watch Rockets launch from the balcony. Port Canaveral 15 minutes drive to watch Cruise ships come and go or get on a Casino boat. 1 mile walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach. Enjoy walks on the beach day or night. Experience the beauty of the full moon light up the sky. This condo has everything a family needs. You will fall in love.❤️🥰

Note: This Condo is a 4 unit building. The unit is on the 2nd floor and we do not have elevators. Stairs only. Copy of License of renter will be required before arrival. Absolutely no Sub-rentals. The original renter must occupy the unit during the stay. Names of people staying with you are required. Any person that breaks rules or disrespect of the property will be removed with no refunds.

NO PETS. Condo Bylaws prohibits Animals. When discovered Additional $100 per day/dog animal plus a $300 clean fee and removal of premises NO refunds.
Please (must) wash/dry all beach towels before you leave. Excessive towels will be an extra charge of $100 every 2 loads. Thank You

South cocoa beach condo

Beautiful veiws, and the owners keep this place very clean and in great condition. A little south of downtown where it is more laid back. Was perfect for us!

Amazing stocked condo and beach access!

Throw condo was amazing! Being beachfront was priceless for the sunrises and it had every beach toy imaginable for our kids. The kitchen was stocked to cook as well. The owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants as well that were right on point. We absolutely loved our stay.

The listing is very accurate. It’s beautiful! All the amenities you could want and need. Gorgeous view and quiet peaceful beach. And the master bed is heaven! Looking forward to coming back!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Our host was very hospitable from before we arrived until the day we left! She provided information regarding the beach sand replacement project so we would be aware of the lack of beach entry from the property. She made a potential negative situation that was completely out of her control a pleasant experience. The house was extremely clean and nicely furnished. I would highly recommend this property for your stay!

Beach trip

We rented this wonderful home for a week with our two youngest kids. Family time on the beach was the best. The house is right on the beach. We even watched two launches from the house. We loved every minute of it! The house was wonderful and met all of our needs and MORE!

Awesome!

The condo was perfect and the property manager is terrific and very responsive to any questions you may have. We really loved this place and would definitely go back. It is not in the business district of Cocoa Beach but everything is a short drive or a 1mile walk away. And the beach is right outside your door. The condo is wonderfully furnished and has everything you need from cooking pans and utensils to Beach chairs and toys. The condo is updated has the beach atmosphere and the furniture and beds are comfortable. It also kept up very well and is very clean. So glad we rented there. Thank you Peggy for providing a great place!

Great Beach Rental

This is a great beach rental. The location is fantastic. The beach is just right outside the door and not too close to public access so it doesn't get a lot of traffic even on the weekend while we were there. Downtown Cocoa Beach is just minutes away with food and shopping to meet all of your needs. It's a great location to watch the rockets launch from Cape Canaveral. We were able to catch a night launch as well as a day launch. They were both pretty amazing but the night launch was definitely the best. Be sure to check for launch schedules during your stay. The condo itself was amazing. It's one of the best stocked rentals we've stayed at. Plenty of towels, dishes, and a closet full of beach stuff so you really don't need to worry about much. Peggy was very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. We had no issues while we were here. I highly recommend you book this rental if you are looking for a nice relaxing beach vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need!

We have “VRBO’d” all over the US and internationally. This was the best stocked rental we’ve ever had. View was as promised and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Property manager was easy to work with and very accommodating. We will be back!

Amazing location, amazing host

Due to air travel delays, we arrived at the house 12 hours later than expected. Claudia left us a nice note and a much-welcomed treat! The house is beautiful and we loved the location. The whole experience was perfect. We would love to go back someday!
