Our stay was wonderful at this cute cottage. Right on the outside of town and super close to anything you may need. The house was the perfect accommodation for the four adults and two children in our group. This coattge perfect location to enjoy Berkley Springs' festivities , the shops, and state parks. Highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable house. While it is located in a quiet area, it's also close enough to downtown Berkeley Springs that you can get to all the things you need quickly.My wife loved the refurbished enclosed back porch where she spent hours working on a novel. If this place is available the next time we want to visit Berkeley Springs, it will be an automatic choice.

My brothers and I stayed over Memorial Weekend to enjoy riding motorcycles in the WV mountains. The house was a perfect place to rest and clean up after a day of riding.

Nice Short Getaway

House was stocked with all necessary items. Good location and close to town. We were able to enjoy a lot of the local attractions over the weekend. The kids had a wonderful time.

Lovely retreat in Berkeley Springs

This older house is overall lovely, except for the very squeaky stairs. Well maintained and lots of space. The kitchen is beautiful and fairly well stocked with most items you would need to prepare a meal. The yard is cute and parking easily for 3 cars. It is not walkable to downtown Berkeley Springs due to the curvy mountain road with no sidewalks but it is only a 2 minute drive to the heart of town. Conveniently located to get to anything one may want to do in the Berkeley Springs area. Would definitely stay here again.

The light on the front doesn’t work. We tried different bulbs but it still didn’t work. Freezer wasn’t clean. AC worked wonderfully. New deck was great!
