Enjoy the private setting and stunning views from our little luxury cabin on Peak 7. This classic cabin sits on a one acre lot, located only 3.5 miles from the ski lifts and downtown Breckenridge. The award-winning interior designer kept the original charm of a rustic cabin but remodeled and refurnished with new modern furniture, appliances, and decor providing a cozy yet luxurious experience.

The enormous wrap-around deck and hot tub spa is the perfect place for everyone to enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 Mile Range. Relax in warm and soothing spa water after a long day of skiing, shopping, or any of the endless activities Breckenridge has to offer.

The main floor features an open concept layout—complete with a well-stocked chef's kitchen, dining room with enough space for everyone, living room with a comfy leather sectional, smart tv and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The many windows reveal the inspiring views for you to admire. It's the perfect setting to spend time with friends and family.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The master includes a private en-suite bath, beautiful king bed and private deck. The large bunk room has a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk beds.

A very beautiful and spacious secondary bath with a tub shower combination completes the main floor.

The walkout basement has ample windows and double doors keeping it light and open. The downstairs features a large family room, wet bar, a game table and a smart tv. Also downstairs, is a large king bedroom with luxury bedding and electric fireplace. There is a third full bathroom, a utility room and a patio with those majestic mountain views.

The cabin comes with luxury towels and bedding, wireless internet, and TV package that includes Xfinity local and Netflix.

You are required to have AWD or 4-Wheel Drive vehicle in the winter. There is parking for 3 vehicles and you have use of the two car detached garage.

The cabin sits on a high pristine Peak 7 lot that is private yet only minutes from everything Breckenridge has to offer!

The absolute best experience I have had! The house has absolutely everything you need to have a successful vacation!! All the amenities you can ever need or want! The owner was very helpful with detailed guides from how to combat altitude sickness and how to have the absolute best experience possible. The house itself is very well put together and very clean! Everything is organized and labeled well. When we come back to Breckenridge I will 100 percent book this house again. The scenery is breathtaking and it’s only a 10 min drive to Main Street. Everything was functional and I have no complaints! Great job owners for putting such detail in making the home a comfortable and beautiful place to stay!!

Excellent property to stay at. The beds are very comfortable, ample space, great hot tub and great water pressure. It’s about a 10 min drive to the gondola or peak 8 but worth it for the privacy. Highly recommend.

Spacious, modern cabin; great location

Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful home for a ski vacation. We like staying in Breckenridge, the restaurants and town are great. We had amazing views of the surrounding peaks, lots of beautiful scenery and even caught glimpses of a couple foxes. The hot tub was perfect after travel and long ski days! All kitchen appliances were new and spacious area for us to congregate comfortably. Communication with Denise was very prompt and check-in and check-out processes were easy and smooth. We’d recommend this modern cabin to family and friends.

Picturesque Colorado Mountain Lodge style Home

Our family came together in Breckinridge for a long summer weekend. We enjoyed hiking, shopping, preparing meals in the well stocked kitchen with very nice appliances and spending time together in such a beautiful setting. Everything was clean and organized and the appliances and facilities all worked great. Wonderful hot tub and views! Plenty of room for all to game, relax and sleep - loved this place!

Spacious property with steep driveway

We were here to ski over spring break. Two families with kids 14-4. There was plenty of space and sleeping accommodations for everyone. It snowed a few times covering the driveway. We were able to get up it with 4 wheel drive, but would not have made it without out it! Communication from the owner helped us make the decision to drive the right vehicle and have a great time!

Very nice property with beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need. Plenty of room for our family of five. Master bedroom bed was comfortable but could use some new bedding i.e., sheets, comforter. Beds down stairs were hard mattresses -not as comfortable. Could use new sheets, comforters and pillows, too. Outdoor grill is old and not clean. Front patio furniture is comfy. Back patio furniture is worn and needs updated. We saw a moose and her calf in the backyard area.

Incredible Visit

My partner and I are from Chicago and wanted to be completely unplugged for a few days. This experience gave us exactly that and more! Gorgeous home, amazing views, plenty of space, and while there are other homes around, we saw and heard no one! An 8 minute drive to Main Street and 15-20 minutes from incredible hiking and biking. Highly recommend :)
