The house was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Sarah was a fantastic host who responded quickly and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated the guest guidebook with a list of things to do as well as restaurant recommendations. And the Enstrom toffee was lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Sarah takes a lot of care to make sure her guests are comfortable and having fun in Grand Junction and surrounding areas. The house was large and well furnished. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. It was a little hot for enjoying the patio, but we’ll save that for next time. Happy returns!

We really enjoyed our visit

My husband and I met our daughter and her boyfriend and spent a wonderful four days touring the area and going to wineries in Palisade. The location was perfect and the house had everything and anything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely book again

Sarah's property is wonderfully appointed from snacks/coffees to blankets to laundry facilities to decor to very inclusive supplies etc. It is very comfortable for individuals and families. Sarah is also wonderful. She is very communicative, easy to get ahold of, very nice to work with.

I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars!! Not only was it immaculately clean, it had the best stocked kitchen & it is in a perfect neighborhood feel community but also close to any food & stores you could need. We'll definitely try & stay here again.

Felt like home

This place was very nice to stay at, had all the supplies needed to stay very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the need dishes and my son liked the coffee that was supplied. Very clean and ready to move in for our stay. Nice neighborhood quiet and nice area to take a morning walk. Look forward to staying again.
