Right on the bike path and great area to access all of the island. Property was clean and exactly as described. Also like the concierge room for late flight.

Great location and beautiful views

We loved waking up to see the sunrise each morning from the lanai. Unit was well equipped and the size perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed all the onsite activities like being able to checkout games for a needed down night.

Too few days in Paradise.....

We thoroughly our 22 days at Pono Kai Resort. The setting was excellent; convenient to the beach and some local shopping since we did not rent a car. We enjoyed a few local tours including a whale watch, luau and entertainment, visit to north beaches on the island and a tour into Waimea Canyon and Koke State Park. Staffing at the resort was wonderful with everyone being quite friendly, helpful and efficient. Our unit was nicely furnished and well located. We were delighted being able to grill and eat many meals on our lanai, greeting passers by.

Kapa'a beauty

Great place to stay in Kapa'a! Was only 100 or so yards from the beach, great views! Place was almost perfect. About the only issue was the outside lights were not on a switch, on all night long, unless we just couldn't find it but looked EVERYWHERE! Location was amazing and the grounds were beautiful! Bedroom did get a bit warmer but as to be expected with the setup of the mini-split. Make sure to use the fan! Would 100% recommend, and likely go back!

Great location on the bike path / ocean front. All workers at the condo are excellent in the face to face contact except one lady working the desk in our 3rd day. Rude and rushed us out and didn’t help us at all
