Wailea Ekahi 10C - Just steps away from Main Pool & Beach! - Family Managed

Our home is in the 1st (and closest) phase of Ekahi and is just steps away from the main pool pavilion, the beach, and a second pool even closer. Ekahi is a huge complex, so check the complex maps we included before booking. Some units are in another zip code!

You have easy access to Keawakapu Beach, a great, rock-free swimming beach. Explore the beach path for miles in both directions!

This home is privately owned and cared for. No rental agency! We are just a phone call, text, or email away.

Step off the lanai of this beautiful ground floor unit right onto the Great Lawn, take a left and you're at the pool and beach in 60 seconds. In the fully updated unit, there is a large bedroom with a king bed with a pillow-top mattress as well as a pull-out bed in the living room. We offer two brand new large 4K TV's with Chromecast and blu-ray players, access to streaming services, and cable TV. Brand new quiet mini-split AC units in the living room and bedroom were installed in January 2022. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub). In addition to the main patio, there is a private lanai off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, snorkel gear, and other beach vacation amenities. There is a small desk to use your laptop (but only to make oceanside dinner reservations!).

Very nice unit close to beach, big pool and amenities. Unit has been updated compared to others. Kitchen very well equipped including condiments, spices etc so we didn't have to buy the little things. Very nice furniture, the ac worked great. This is also a ground floor unit and we appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. Hope to return sometime soon.

Overall, this is a beautifully appointed home with very thoughtful amenities, and our stay here was pretty much perfect. The location relative to the beach and pool is superb, the unit itself is super clean and spacious, and the host (Scott) and manager (Beth) were both prompt, clear, helpful, and friendly communicators. I would absolutely stay here again, and will only comment on a couple of things to assist future travelers:The bed is supportive, but is not as firm as I had personally hoped, even when removing the memory foam topper. This is purely a matter of personal preference, and is not a complaint. For context, it is hard for me to find the perfect hotel or condo mattress, as I personally need a very firm bed for support.In the rule book, it is respectfully requested that you start a load of laundry (sheets, towels) prior to departure, to ensure that they have time for turnover prior to the next guest's arrival. This is an entirely reasonable request, especially if you use the fold out sofa bed and those sheets, too (we did not use these), but I mention this because there is a cleaning fee charged for each stay. This is also a matter of taste but also of understanding, as again, the request is very reasonable given the short turnaround time, but some people might have trouble with a cleaning fee if they are doing some of their own cleaning. It's not a hotel, but it's also priced way better than a hotel, so that's just something to keep in mind. Great stay!

Peaceful Stay

We loved our stay! It was like a home away from home. We had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and peaceful. We were a close walk to the pool which is located right next to beach. Private pool with views. We enjoyed sitting out on the grass to watch the amazing sunsets every night. The owners were lovely and quick to respond. We will be back :)

AH-Maui-azing!

What a wonderful trip we had and it all started with this beautifully upkept condo and amazingly clean property! It's amenities, proximity to the beach, pool and overall welcoming residents/community/rental owner and supportive staff made it a 5 star experience. Our New Spot

We have always stayed at a resort in Wailea. This year we decided to try a VRBO and I must say it was a great stay. The amenities in the condo and outside the condo are all very well thought out. They did not miss a detail is making our stay perfect. We enjoyed the kitchen so we could cook, they have everything you need to visit the pool or the beach located in the condo. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Maui.

Great Experience for first VRBO

This was a great experience for our first VRBO rental. Great booking experience, great experience when needing to extend one night (at time of booking, great and timely communication with Scott and Jenni. Great handbook explaining everything at the condo and finally a great time at our family reunion. The condo was just the right size for three adults and was clean and very well organized. We would book again if we are in Maui again.
