I had a wonderful stay at this rental house! It was clean,cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. It was a lovely place to unwind, and I would happily stay here again. The host was super accommodating and reliable.

Josiah was very responsive to every inquiry. The house had an amazing, large kitchen for our large group (family assembled for my daughter’s wedding). The bedrooms were comfy—especially the master suite—and the bathrooms were plenty for our group of 8. We Midwesterners enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and hanging out in the evening. The neighborhood felt very safe!

Great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Neighborhood was nice and close to all the places we were visiting. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended and will stay here again

The floor plan set up was great for me and my friends. The kitchen is modern, clean and spacious and the living room was very comfortable to hang out in. Everything was perfect, no complaints.

Very clean, beds were so comfortable. The master bed in particular was immaculate. i loved the pillows and slept so well! Good water pressure and heat in the bathrooms. House temp was easy to regulate. Cozy, safe neighbor hood. 10/10

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious and welcoming. The appliances all worked and the temperature in the house was perfect (we could adjust it). This house has 4 spacious bedrooms with two queen beds and 2 king beds, desks and 2 1/2 baths, all working well. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you.

Quiet, Peaceful and Great Location

Outstanding host, so communicative and very quickly responsive. Home very comfy and was just as advertised. Property access and check-in process excellent. Very clean. So convenient to everything in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. My family felt very safe. The house is spacious with all the needed essentials. The house shows a lot of wear. I think the owner needs to check behind the house cleaners because there was residue built up in the shower. The morning after our check in, I woke up with strands of sunshine else hair stuck to my face. The A/C downstairs worked best well. The one upstairs was changing on its own. Which led to us having very cold early evenings and got nights. Overall, the house meet my family's needs for the visit. Josiah was very quick and considerate with his communication timing and allowed us to check in a little early because of our sooner than expected arrival. If I could, I would actually give 4 1/2 stars.

Great Property

We were down in Vegas for a soccer tournament. This property was so convenient not only to the field, but also to lots of yummy restaurants and groceries. Had access to the garage with was nice. Overall was great
