One-side of a duplex home: 1,500 Squarefeet w/ your own private entry, parking, laundry, kitchen, etc.

1 level living (no stair). 2 miles to Mayo, Target, Hyvee, gas stations...Fully furnished home w/ Breakfast included. Smart TV & Fridge w/ Superfast internet & NetFlix included. Easy self-check-in keypad. A few blocks to the bus stop.

Modern/spacious interior. Fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher, pots, pans, and washer/dryer at no additional cost.

Fireplace & private deck. 3 parking spaces
The space
Quiet neighborhood with many trees, near a school. I'm a single professional who lives on the other side of this up-and-down duplex house with my own separate entry + parking. You will have your own private entry, 1 garage parking, kitchen, etc. Snow removal and lawn care provided!

Clean/beautiful space with a fireplace, deck, and wooden floor. Internet Wifi, 65inches smart TV with NetFlix included, breakfast, and coffee included. Spacious and quiet with enough coffee, bottled water as well as the internet to make it a relax and productive stay! Super friendly host^_^!

You have your own one level living space with no stairs, which is very convenient, especially for the elderly or handicap.

Private entrance. No-contact self-checkin with smart lock. You have your own side of the house! A few years ago a locksmith recommended that I install a digital lock on one of my rental properties and rent it for the short term with the idea that I could make more money than renting it with a long-term lease. So, I tested it out, and that person was right.

Meanwhile, I also discovered something else that surprised me about property rentals, and I realized that I should have connected the dots a long time ago. That is — I love working with and serving people with rentals on a short-term basis. I enjoy making their stay a great experience. I want to build a relationship with my short-term guests and have them come back again and again.

With the traditional long-term rental, tenants are unlikely to re-rent your property once they have moved on to buy a house or moved to a new location. As an entrepreneur, I know that to succeed in this business of short-term rental, one must have a passion for the concept of hospitality.

Whenever you make a guest happy, you are also delighted with them. It equates to the feeling of a “sugar high” when you know that your actions have made another person’s day. I view that discovery as strength which comes naturally, and since it is the most important factor in the success of this business model, I would like to tap into that strength to establish and maintain winning relationships for this great venture.
