This lovely condo is located in a highrise building with convenient access to restaurants and public tennis courts. Inside, you'll have central air conditioning and a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher. There is also a shared outdoor pool and a sundeck where you can take in plenty of vitamin D whenever you're not down at the beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice vacation condo

We loved the ocean view from the balcony. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are nice and the condo is a comfortable and well equipped space for relaxing off the beach.

Great location on the beach

This was a great location on the beach and close to shops, grocery store and restaurants. The condo was nice. I liked that the bedrooms were on separate ends of the condo for more privacy. The condo comes with bath towels and bed linens which was a bonus .The view from the bedrooms was great along with the deck. The pool area is nice and wasn't too crowded based on the size of the condo. The only issue we had was some cleanliness issues. The dishwasher was not working and had dirty dishes in it. The property manager Mark was great and made sure to stop by to check it out and send over maintenance to try and resolve it. Although it wasn't fixed during our stay, Mark made sure to compensate us for our inconvieninece. I would recommend this property.
