Century I 2202 is a two story unit in the Century I located on 99th street. One bedroom and one full bath on each floor, for extra privacy, each featuring a king size bed. Stunning ocean and bay views from Ocean City's tallest hi rise! Full kitchen, living room (with queen sleep sofa) and oceanfront balcony. The Century also features a large indoor pool (available in season only), outdoor shower, a fitness room, and beachfront sundeck for your convenience. High speed elevators. Enjoy this great location that allows you to walk to shopping & restaurants.
This building charges a $50.00 registration fee upon arrival. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights off season.
Non smoking, non vaping and no pets please.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Beautiful condo right on the beach, condo was very spacious with a full kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Balcony in the upstairs bedroom looking over the ocean and also in the living room. Easy check-in process, and check out. Will be back again

Great views from the 22nd floor

The location was good, easy to get in and out. Elevators were quick for such a tall building. One bed was soft and the other was hard, so something for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed and a good size. All appliances worked well.

The upstairs shower doesn’t drain well. There’s not a lot of room for snacks/drinks you bring in. I like that both rooms have king size beds, the one upstairs is a little soft.

:we were notified yesterday wednesday we had to be out today thursday by 10am due to maintenance (our check-out was not until sunday 10am). very disappointed. very disruptive.

We are so sorry that this occurred. The owner was not aware that the maintenance was starting during your stay. It was originally scheduled at the end of October. The maintenance crew took down the air conditioning units to do the work and put them in the individual units so the property was really not suitable to stay in as it was warm out and the ac was sitting in the property. I understand that you were refunded your money and additional money for inconvenience and an agent here assisted you with suggested places to finish your stay. Again our apologies, had we been aware of this the property would not have been rented to you.

The carpet was filthy. My white socks were black after we unpacked out luggage. I immediately called the office for the property and they sent someone out right away with an industrial cleaner and cleaned the entire unit and also gave us a complimentary bottle of Tide to clean our clothes. They were fast and very nice about the situation.

Vary outdated everything needed updated, stains on furniture, picture's shows thing's that's not there.Upstairs tub takes really long to drain, curtains don't close, closet door is hard to open and close sticks. NO OUTSIDE POOL. Would not have stayed there but, the paperwork thats sent included the information for another complex that has an outside pool should have removed these page's before sending out the information packet. Very disappointed.

It's an unloved condo at the beach but it's waterfront.

I think that says it all. If you are a typical mom walking into a place first impressions hang tight. You immediately get the feeling that the owners never use the place themselves and it is never nook and cranny cleaned and that they do not hire a service that does more then a very surface clean between guests if even that. If they do, then they need to do some follow up. It has been a few years since we've stayed in a condo but it was not what we had experienced with other units in a different building. The bed upstairs was very comfortable. Hot water was a bit thin for a family of five. The TVs were worn out with poor video quality (kids...) The floor plan is not the best in the building but that is not on the owners.

The bedroom on the 1st floor had mold (on top of the window and on the ceiling), the television did not work x 2 days, the sheets were then and old. I did not sleep in this bedroom, I slept on the pull-out sofa in the living room due to the mold. The bathrooms need to be updated. Mold in the shower and not keeping the seal. The pool was great. The area was good as well as the wonderful restaurants. I had to do a lot of running around to have questions answered. The maintenance staff was very helpful. It seemed that the desk staff wasn't sure about many things. Unfortunately, I will choose not to stay on my return visit to Ocean City. ..

Endless summer!

Very relaxing and great for the amount spent. Nothing fancy and could have used a carpet cleaner in the living room, but we were there for the view and to have fun outside not to spend too much time inside. Beds were comfortable and glad we spent extra for the linen package. Which gave sheets for all beds and six towel sets. Well worth the extra 70.00. We would stay again in the future.

The place had blood stains on the comforter, the bathroom was not clean and had hair all over and the place is very outdated. That does not bother us but since it is so outdated things are not kept up! It was gross.
