Simply the best!!!

This place is by far our favorite VRBO. Everything was amazing. Very pleased with the location, the villa, all of the top end amenities, very short walk to the small grocery and the bakery. We had an amazing time exploring the island but also enjoyed a few evenings staying in. Rachel was super friendly and super helpful with anything we needed and was quick to respond to our questions.

Carribean luxury

Impossible to find better accomodations. Idyllic location on beach. Midway between both sides of island. Exquisite furnishings. Manager always available issues (none), island sightseeing travel, and restaurant recommendations. Perfect place to unwind.

Upscale accommodations on the sand, with a beautiful view

We’ve stayed in 3 different places in St Martin. We would stay in this location again. This definitely is as beautiful as described. This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg. Parking can be an issue on the island, but it was so nice here to have a gated parking spot right by our apt making it safe and easy to come and go. The apt itself has a great location within the complex. Wonderful patio on the sand with BBQ, lounge chairs, easy access to the pool, well kept grounds, beautiful apartment- so clean and modern with fully stocked kitchen and anything you could want, including beach chairs and umbrella to take with you. The bedroom is separate, has its own air conditioning, the bed is comfortable. Property manager lives on site and was very helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy. There is a very well stocked little grocery store and gas station right across the street. This is a very quiet, very nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the beach is not swimmable. There are wonderful beaches nearby. Our favorite was within a 5 minute drive. For us, to truly enjoy the island from Nettle Bay you would need a car.

Thank you very much for this beautiful comment which means a lot to us. I allow myself to specify that we cannot bathe in the sea just in front of the villa Belharra but it is enough to 3 minutes on foot to take advantage of the beach of the residence. Without forgetting the swimming pool which is 30 meters away. The fact of having corals in front of the rental allows us to keep calm and privacy in front of your terrace which is also very appreciable too. It would be a pleasure to welcome you again.

Charming Location, Wonderful Stay, but 1 Toilet, 2nd bed is pullout couch, Need Flexible Attitude

Loved our stay here, but being from North America (1st trip to St. Martin), perhaps we misunderstood that "2 bathrooms" includes 1 toilet only. As a group of 2 only, not a big problem, but not what we thought we were paying for either, if guests were visiting. Challenging first days if you are not used to smart appliances (all Bosch (NEFF)), including the laundry. The unit is absolutely beautiful, in a delightful location, and our bed very comfortable. Unit is close to walk-though security gate leading from Nettle Bay Beach Club properties to morning bakery, take-out lunch spot, local food mart, 4 restaurants, and excellent wine store. You can spend a few days in immediate area, before wanting a vehicle or taking bus/taxi. Claude's Discount Car Rental very close and excellent service. To ocean swim, had to walk 200 metres along shoreline to reach smaller non-rocky access points. There are 3 clean freshwater pools. Island vacations require flexibility and positive attitude. There were some days of water rationing, and regular short Wifi interruptions. Fibre optic cable to be laid soon. Windy during our 3-week stay in March, so swam in ocean near unit only a handful of times. Visited the many other amazing island beaches though.
