A serene setting away from the crowds, this villa has been updated throughout, offering a king bed, sleeper sofa, two flat screen TV's, clothes washer, dryer, and a private balcony for relaxing or alfresco dining. The master bedroom features an updated bathroom with beautifully tiled glass shower enclosure. A separate powder room offer guests a place to freshen up. The dining area seats four, plus two at the counter-height bar.

Outside, follow the pathway through the manicured grounds and around the pool for a three minute walk to the beach!

Small but nice. Perfect size for two people. Need to take care of the wasp nest on the patio. Would have been great if there would have been a couple of beach chairs like in all of the condos we have rented in the past. Dryer took two cycles to dry a few towels.

We actually stayed at 608 Barrington Park. It had everything we needed and more. An open design. It seemed like a lot more square feet than listed. All the kitchen appliances including a K-cup coffee maker and a toaster. A nice corner study area. A comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. 1.5 bathrooms worked for us. There was even a washer/dryer that we weren't expecting. Zero complaints. Well worth the price.
