PROS: Very nice pool, plenty of parking spaces, easy beach access, great roof top area with tables and chairs, condo was clean, closet full of beach equipment.CONS: The smaller bedroom had two twin beds, this needs to be one queen bed. As an adult, the twin size was too small for me to get comfortable. To the left on the beach is a pier with a bar/restaurant. While your are laying on the beach you are overwhelmed with the smell of fried food coming from the exhaust of the pier restaurant.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We loved how close it was to the pier and to be able to watch the surfers from the balcony. The pool was even warm enough to swim in.

Such great access to all you could want out of your Cocoa Beach experience. The room has a fantastic view of the pier, pool, and beach. The walk to the beach is close, accessible, and private. The room is spacious and has all needed amenities!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. The view from the patio was outstanding with an excellent view of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The management company was very communicative and provided all the necessary instructions prior to our arrival. My wife and I would highly recommend this rental.

The view was spectacular. Loved walking on the beach. My son went swimming in the ocean several times most days. So grateful we were able to have such a wonderful vacation. Hope to return again.

Amazing property! Walk right out to the beach and only 1 property away from the Pier. Rooftop patio had an excellent view of a rocket launch at KSC.
