This 2 bed | 2 bath home is comfortable and clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The open floor plan offers a comfortable space to gather, while the bedrooms are perfectly spaced apart for privacy. Featuring two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, this home is a great choice for smaller groups and families.

While you will surely be comfortable lounging around, the true highlight of this home is its’ proximity to the heart of the city. Take a 10-minute stroll in any direction and you will find yourself immersed in the vibrant culture of Old Town Fort Collins. We had a great stay. Location was perfect for a bike race that started at New Belgium brewery. Short walk to Old Town as well. We cooked in several times and the grill was nice to have. Deck is nice although it was a little warm while we were there.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was perfect for our family. Everything was as described. It is in walking distance to downtown Fort Collins which offers a lot of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

The Perfect FoCo Spot

We LOVED this property, it could not have been more perfect for us. The whole place was in pristine condition, the beds were comfy, and it was just the right size for our two couples. Went to FOCO for graduation and location of this rental was perfect. Walk to coffee shops and restaurants and easy drive to CSU campus. Definitely would recommend for 4 people.
