Lovely place for relaxation

We had a quiet and relaxing week at this very nice property. Beautiful view, lovely pool, quiet and peaceful, and a very well-equipped house. Close to the beach, but some distance to shops and restaurants. Requires a car. Britta was a very good host and answered our questions quickly. All in all a very good stay.

Traumhafte Villa - atemberaubend

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Die Badezimmer sind neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Ausserdem viel Platz. Sehr grosser Pool und genügend Liegestühle. Wir fühlten uns wie Könige. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Pfannen. Es war nicht immer möglich alles zu kochen was man wollte. Die Küche ist angeblich auch das letzte was noch renoviert werden soll. Gehe davon aus, dass dann auch nochmals das Equipment ersetzt wird. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Aber ein Auto ist ein Must. Aussicht direkt auf den Golfplatz, dahinter zur Lagune wo man die Kite Surfer beobachten kann. Ruhig gelegen mit etwas Action fürs Auge.

Villa Sanssoucci

Great property and great location. We had a lovely family holiday and the property was catered for everything. Brittany was welcoming and responded to any queries quickly. A fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated. If there was a small change we would make is to change the pillows to firmer and fuller pillows. The villa would have been a perfect villa with great pillows. We would definitely come back.

Sehr schönes grosses Haus in der Nähe von Lagos

Grosszügiges Haus mit Pool direckt am Golfplatz. Die Villa bietet Platz für 6 Personen und alle Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten einfach zu erreichem, zu Fuss etwa 30 Minuten. Lagos ist ca 10 Autominuten weg. Der Golfplatz vor der Villa stoert nicht, da das Haus höher liegt und wir uns nicht beobachtet fühlten. Im Gegenteil: man konnte gut die Golfer anschauen.

A beautifully clean and well equipped villa.

I cannot recommend Britta and Kristin highly enough. Britta replied to all my emails promptly when booking. We were met by the very lovely Kristin on our arrival who showed us around the villa and informed us about the area. The villa has wonderful views over the golf course, the lagoon and out to sea. It is incredibly peaceful there with lots of activities to watch out to sea. The villa is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped with every utensil you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool is wonderfully cool God send on those many hot days. This has to be one of the best villas we have stayed in. Many thanks to the team. We will definitely be returning again. Ella and Doug. A fantastic place to enjoy holidays with the family. The Villa is perfectly maintained and well cleaned. Everything you need is there. Sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Wunderschöne Aussicht mit Blick aufs Meer und den Golfplatz, der unmittelbar angrenzt, aber dessen Betrieb nie störend wirkt. Alle Angaben der Beschreibung waren zutreffend und die Betreuung war ausgezeichnet. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen

Herrliche Villa

Wir waren jetzt zum 3.mal an der Algarve in Lagos und hatten bis jetzt jedesmal ein anderes Haus von der Agentur Nonplusultra. Auch mit den ersten beiden Häusern waren wir sehr zufrieden, doch die Villa Sanssouci hat bisher alle ausgestochen. Die Lage ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber der unverbaubare Blick über den Golfplatz auf die Lagune von Alvor sowie auf die Dünen und das Meer macht alles wett ( ein Auto braucht man ohnehin ). Die Villa selbst, das Grundstück mit Pool und die Innenraumaufteilung ( vor allem Wohnraum durchgehend mit offener Küche und Essraum ) sowie die Einrichtung selbst lassen eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Einzig die Tatsache, daß das Schlafzimmer zur Terrasse hin nicht zur Nutzung zur Verfügung steht, gefiel uns nicht. Mit der Agentur und der gesamten Abwicklung sind wir bisher äußerst zufrieden. An der Region und Stadt Lagos gefällt uns, daß keinerlei Hochhausbauten den Gesamteindruck stören und die Stadt sich noch ihren ursprünglichen Chrarakter erhalten hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder, und wenn frei, natürlich in die Villa Sanssouci.

Villa Sanssouci ist für einen Urlaub zu empfehlen

Wir haben in diesem Sommer unseren Familienurlaub an der Algarve in der Villa Sanssouci verbracht. Wir waren mit allem hochzufrieden. Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Golfplatz mit einem fantastischen Blick bis zum Meer ist traumhaft. Die Villa selbst ist gepflegt, sauber und entspricht den Angaben im Inserat. Wir fühlten uns von den Damen der Agentur sehr gut betreut, sie waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, An- und Abreise verliefen ohne Probleme. Die Aussenanlge des Hauses, Garten und Pool, ist so attraktiv, dass wir mehrere Tage einfach "zuhause" geblieben sind, um zu entspannen, obwohl der nächste lange Sandstrand von Meia Praia nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ist. Auch die attraktive Stadt Lagos ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet eigentlich alles, was der Urlauber braucht. Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt notwendig. Wir überlegen, ob wir im nächsten Jahr wieder in die Villa Sanssouci zurückkommen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Urlaub an der Algarve

Das Haus ist sehr schön aber einige Ausstattungsdetails sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirrspüler ist ein rostiges Schrottgerät – Besteck ist auch von minderer Qualität rostig passt nicht zum Haus und ist auch nicht ausreichend verfügbar – nur vier Kaffelöffel. Etliche Stühle und Liegen der Terrassenmöbel sind auch zerbrochen und mit Rissen. Der Golfplatz direkt vor der Terrasse ist unserer Meinung nach kein plus für das Haus – wir fühlten uns manchmal durch die Blicke der Golfer gestört. Der Empfang durch die Agentur war auch nicht freundlich. Wir mussten zwei Stunden am Flughafen auf unser Gepäck warten – haben wie gewünscht nach einer Stunde die Agentur informiert dass wir uns verspäten würden. Haben dann auch bei der Abfahrt am Flughafen, wie vereinbart, nochmals angerufen. Trotzdem wurde uns unsere Verspätung zum Vorwurf gemacht und die Übergabe musste schnell in einer für uns unerfreulichen Art erfolgen.

Die Lage der Villa ist einzigartig und der Blick über den sehr gepflegten Golfplatz bis hin zum Meer ist sensationell. Natürlich wird der Golfplatz von Spielern genutzt, wobei die Golfsaison von Herbst bis Frühjahr geht. Auch in den Sommermonaten gibt es einige Golfer, die den Platz nutzen, doch die Größe der Anlage beeinträchtigt in keinster Weise die angrenzenden Villen. Der Standard und die Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht in jedem Punkt der Beschreibung, natürlich können Einrichtungs- und Ausstattungsgegenstände, auch durch Abnutzung, kaputt gehen, doch wir sorgen für sofortigen Ersatz oder Reparatur, sobald uns unser Gast benachrichtigt. (Manchmal ist man leider auch von Lieferanten abhängig) Wir sind Ihre Ansprechpartner vor Ort und darauf bedacht Ihnen einen erholsamen Urlaubsaufenthalt in der Villa Sanssouci zu ermöglichen.

wunderschöne "villa sanssouci",im oktober erlebten wir an der algarve bestes wetter und sonnenschein bis 3o grad.vor ort: ein beeindruckender pool,sowie ein herrlicher blick über die tief baue lagune von alvor bis zum atlantik.-den weiten sandstrand der maia praia hatten wir bei unseren spaziergängen fast für uns alleine.-wir sind begeistert vom sauberen,sowie besten ausgestatteten haus und dessen interessanten lage direkt am neuen und wohl auch schönsten golgplatz "palmares".diese anlage ist gerede fertig geworden und soll im frühjahr eröffnet werden.bei unserem 2.besuch werden uns die terrassen des hauses dann sicher einen logenplatz bieten,von dem wir dann das treiben der golfer beobachten und die gepflegte landschaft genießen werden.

Bau eines Golfplatzes direkt vor der Terrasse

Wir sind bereits das 2 x in dieser Villa gewesen. Die Villa liegt sehr schön. Vor allem der Blick auf die Lagune. Auch die Ausstattung ist gepflegt. Jedoch wird derzeit ein Golfplatz direkt vor der Terrasse gebaut, so daß man auf eine Baustelle schaut und es ist sehr laut und durch den Staub schmutzig. Schade!

Leider hatte sich die Fertigstellung der Golfanlage verzögert doch der neue Teil des beliebten Golfplatzes "Palmares" wurde 2009 fertig gestellt und im Frühjahr 2010 eröffnet. Nun genießen Sie einen einzigartigen Blick über die sehr gepflegte Golfanlage bis zum Meer und die blaue Lagune von Alvor. Meine Gäste sind immer wieder begeistert, über die super Lage und den außergewöhnlichen Blick und kommen deshalb gerne immer wieder.

Superurlaub!!!

Die Ferienvilla erfüllt alle Ansprüche und ist so wie beschrieben. Ich würde die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten. Ich kann die Ferienvilla uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Urlaub wie ein König =)

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, mit einem Blick auf die Bucht von Alvor von der Terrasse... beim Abendessen können die Windsurfer mit dem Fernglas beobachtet werden. Der ungewöhnlich große Pool ist bei sommerlicher Hitze immer angenehm erfrischend und die kleine Terasse auf dem Dach, die über eine Wendeltreppe erreicht werden kann, bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet... in diesem Haus lassen sich wunderbare Urlaube verleben.
