Good location, loved golf cart provided. Master bedroom warmer than the rest of the house-I cleaned and used a box fan found in master closet in addition to the ceiling fan. Previous renters left sandy beach items in garage. Garage needs ventilation as ceiling showed mildew and mold. I lubed/oiled garage door and springs-very noisy and rough opening. Side garage door needs latch adjusting and maybe new door lock. Tile floor throughout the home needed mopped/cleaned. Nice and quiet neighborhood, house had most items needed. Enjoyed our trip.
