Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is nestled in the woods just a 10-minute drive from downtown BV. The house is equipped with one king bed, one queen bed, a high-chair, Pack and Play, and queen-size sleeper sofa. With a first floor primary ensuite bedroom, our house is perfect for the entire family.

On the flank of Mt. Columbia, the views from the quiet neighborhood are stunning. Perfect home-base for adventures in the Sawatch/Collegiate Peaks; close to rafting, hiking, fishing, climbing, 4-wheeling, golf and more! Enjoy the backyard gas grill and patio heater to take advantage of outdoor evenings. Nature is right out your backdoor!

Very comfortable home to stay in. Beautiful and quite area. Had everything we needed. Nice front porch and back patio, great places to relaxe after a day of outdoor activites and adveture. Great kitchen, nice bedrooms, comfortable living room. This is the middles of Colorado and plenty of things to do... Only draw back... To much to chose from! We were happy with our stay.

Home Away From Home

This property was perfect for our family of four. It is a beautifully decorated home. It’s well stocked with anything you need for everyday living. Its location was perfect for the things we wanted to see and do. Julian is a great host. He responds quickly to any questions you may have. Buena Vista was a great location for a base. We will do our best to stay here if we ever get back to Buena Vista.

Super clean, good amount of room for 4 adults and 3 kiddos. Great kitchen table to play games at night. Close enough to BV and all the surrounding goodness. Only cons are the lack of garage use and the high cleaning fee, but overall would definitely recommend. Thanks again, Julian!

Long weekend stay

The property was nice; everything was very clean. Master suite was nice and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. The main issue we had with this property was that it was advertised as three bedroom, but it’s really just a 2 bedroom house with a small office with a pull out couch. This was represented in the fine print of the listing (the 3rd bed as a couch), but three bedrooms seems a bit misleading. The couch-room was barely large enough to pull out said couch. In addition, the beds were a bit uncomfortable, though that is a matter of personal preference. Be prepared to pay for insurance or a large refundable damage deposit for this rental.

Kayaking on the Arkansas river

Property was just as it appeared online. Clean and well kept. Location is breathtaking. You drive up from the arkansas river into pine trees with a great view of the arkansas river valley. We'd definitely book this spot again!
