Newly renovated! Come and enjoy the OBX life, located at mile post 6 sound side!!
Beach is just .08 miles away! Close to Avalon Pier, grocery stores, restaurants and movie theatre!
Enjoy a sunset walk on The Bay Flex Path. Public boat ramp within walking distance. Wi-Fi.

The Home:
This home is two bedrooms, one full bath and an outdoor shower. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top). * Sixth person would be sleeping on sofa.

Why get drunk when you can get TipSea!?

Brittany has been outgoing and helpful from the initial booking all the way through to checkout. The property was exactly as it was described and once you pulled onto the street, the bright pink house was even more inviting than the photos show. My wife, kids, and I had a great time being “disconnected” while still being only a few minutes away from anything you could want or need. The neighbors all reside down there full-time and were welcoming from the minute we stepped out of the car. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

A great getaway!

This house is in a great location. You have to walk a mile to the beach (crossing a very busy highway in the process), but it’s located on the bay side which has a lovely pedestrian walkway, is mellow, a lovely neighborhood and gets beautiful sunset views. Brittany was very responsive and accommodating and the house was great for our weekender.

Quiet clean property as advertised.

I loved everything about the property. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I could not locate an electrical outlet in the bathroom perhaps I just didn't look hard enough. Other than that it was great.

Too short, will be back

Very lovely! All of the boxes checked. Clean, straight forward, easy to find, close to water, clear instructions. Unfortunately it was for one very quick night, I will be back for a longer stay!
