House just as pictured, clean and nicely decorated. The Carrillon Beach area was fantastic for our group of adults and lots of littles. The property manager and assistant were extremely helpful and accommodating and we would all stay here again!

The perfect girls trip getaway!

My friends, sister, cousins and I rented this property for my bachelorette end of February and this was our first time visiting this part of Florida. We were BLOWN AWAY! The property was absolutely stunning, so clean and so close to all of the restaurants and shops we wanted to go to. I was looking for the perfect, relaxing, low key place to go for my bachelorette and this 100% was it! I already want to go back and my friends and I definitely would rent again! The host was extremely accommodating and very easy to communicate with via text. We have zero complaints and truly had the most incredible time!

I would highly recommend this home for a large party. And because the location is in the back of Carillon, renting a golf cart is helpful. The beach walkover is an easy walk.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed with a family group of 50 in 4 homes in the community. We had wonderful accommodations and enjoyed the walkability and amenities of the pools, playground, and pickle ball courts in the community. Our provided beach chairs were all at different walkouts, so we just decided to meet up in the middle to gather most days and bring our own chairs. Grateful beautiful accommodations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was excellent for our family including grandchildren. Layout, amenities were as described. The property was clean and very comfortable. The guest house was a nice extra space to have. Great location. We rented a golf cart and drove it to dune Walkover 1 for time at the beach. The two loungers with an umbrella that come with the rental were a plus. It was especially nice to have dishes for young children. The place was nicely decorated. The rental agency provided excellent customer service. The kitchen is well equipped. We utilized the gas grill several times as we ate in most nights. Carillon Beach is a very nice, quiet community. Homes are close together but it was very quiet in the evenings. Everything is very well maintained. We went up to the ice cream place a couple times. Highly recommend this place!!!

No Worries is indeed no worries!

No Worries is a beautiful home in a very pretty neighborhood. Our stay in No Worries has spoiled us. No other neighborhoods or homes will do. I would like to thank Karen Sandels, the property manager for her professionalism and lovely personality. This is our third time staying in No Worries. This however is the first time under the new owners. We loved the house before but the new changes in the home are spectacular. The owners and Karen have thought of everything. Well stocked supplies for all the rooms. The decorating of No Worries is beautiful. The owners have added patio furniture to all the porches, screened in the front porch, added table and chairs on the deck by the pool, which was wonderful for the children. Swim and eat outside to keep wet bathing suits outside!! The main house is elegant and the carriage house is cozy and also decorated nicely. I could go on forever. We had a wonderful week and hope to be back next year. Thank you again Karen for the easy and wonderful stay.

Thank you for your gracious review. It represents affirmation of what the new owner has been attempting to do---create the perfect beach house get-a-way for guests looking to decompress and create special memories with family and friends. Even as I write this response to your review new outdoor furniture is arriving at the home. We hope you can come back next year. You and your family are guests that make Carillon what it is---a special, fun Village by the Sea.

Our overall stay was good. Upon arrival the host told us there were carpenter ants in the carriage house. We appreciated the transparency and willingness to address the problem during our stay. Fortunately we did not need to use the carriage house since some of our family could not make the trip. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Bedrooms were comfortable and closeness to the beach was great. Our grandchildren loved the pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house looks just like the pictures, and has all the amenities too. The kitchen is well stocked and our grandchildren had lots of fun playing on the 3rd floor. The pickle ball courts, pool and playground are just a short walk away. Beach is close and we rented golf carts to help get things to the beach and ride around in the evening. Loved the square where we picked up pizza, got ice cream and toys. Did a pick up order at Publix when we arrived which made everything easy. Karen is the best! She answered questions right away and was so helpful. Can’t wait to plan our next trip back to Carillon!
