Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is homey and safe. The scene from the deck of my home is quite idyllic, with neighbors who have chickens, and aesthetically pleasing homes. It's also right next to the lake and Seabreeze.

What makes this property unique

The upstairs bedroom is a converted attic with very large ceiling to floor windows. It's a very unique and cozy space. I also love the deck and the enclosed porch out front.
