The master bedroom features sliding doors with direct access to the pool and a private bathroom with bathtub, huge rain shower and double sink. A walk-in closet provides travelers with sufficient storage space. The second bedroom also has sliding doors with direct access to the pool and a private bathroom, as well as a TV. The third bedroom, also with a TV, is located next to it. The kitchen with adjacent dining area is spacious and comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment, including new stainless steel appliance and a Nespresso coffee machine. Energy efficiency is of great importance to us. That's why we equipped the villa with two new air-conditioning systems with one separate unit for the bedrooms. This saves energy. The whole villa is equipped with LED lighting. If you tend to forget your travel plugs, we have USB sockets in the whole villa to charge your devices.

The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers to relax as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink and a large stainless steel BBQ grill. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the pool deck, the lounge or the boat dock at the waterfront. The gorgeous west facing view makes Florida's sunsets a special and romantic event. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants and a supermarket, ice cream parlor and shops, and Camelot Park with a children's playground, BBQ stations and tennis courts are only a stone's throw away.

There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
