This is a well-equipped, well-located base of operations for a San Juan vacation. Its close (easily walkable) proximity to a pleasant public beach is a major plus; the water and sandy bottom are lovely. Excellent beds and laundry facilities.

Great place to stay in San Juan

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect; we walked to Old San Juan, Santurce, Escambron beach, and lots of great restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable, and Rebecca was extremely responsive if we needed anything.

Great location!

We love our stay. The unit was easy to get to and so easy and close to all the key spots. Loved the quick walk to the beach! The unit was very clean and had everything you need. We will return and book again

Nothing fancy, but...

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and in a great location within easy walking distance to snorkeling beaches and old San Juan. Easy street parking if needed. The apartment is in the lower left half of the building shown in the photo.

Close to the beach

The best thing about this stay is the host, Rebecca. She is super responsive and eager to make your stay special. The location is between Old San Juan and Condado…so both are easy to get to via Uber. The beach (El Escambron) was easy to get to and is walkable. The place was very clean and as described. Loved the patio out back with the lights. A great place to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day.

9C San Juan Bautista March 2022

We were two couples and found the property to be just what we wanted. Nice walking distances to beaches and old San Juan. The interior patio was where we spent a lot of enjoyable time. The host was terrific, quickly responsive, essential items all on hand including milk and beer in the fridge on arrival. The property was in excellent condition. It is an urban area, like all of San Juan, and the noise level was as expected for the location. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pleasant apartment in central location

We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant, clean, well-appointed apartment. The location is close to a beautiful beach, and a pleasant walkway to San Juan’s historic district. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!
