Wonderful visit and stay for the family!

Loved the decor in the property. It was comfortable and simple to get to Disney parks each day with a great place to unwind. Very convenient access to groceries, restaurants, and all things Disney. Loved the pool and hot tub and TV's in all rooms. Absolutely 5 stars.

We had a great stay at Regal Oaks. The location is excellent, very close to Disney World, which made getting to the parks quick and easy. The unit was clean, well maintained, and the perfect size for our family. Everything was comfortable and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families visiting the area.

Awesome

Very nice condo in community with lots of amenities. I highly recommend this property. It’s in an ideal location that’s close to Disney and lots of activities and shopping.

Great Stay.. Plenty of room

We enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. It has a wonderful hot tub and a community pool that can easily be walked to. The amenities in the complex are nice and we would stay here again. the location of the complex is also nice as it is close to Disney and many other attractions. Old Town is a bonus also within walking distance.

Perfect getaway !

What a wonderful spot! I went with a friend for a few days in Orlando, and we were looking for a great place with private bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a separate place she could do her online classes in the evenings. This was a fantastic facility, close to Disney and shopping, easy access to amenities. The value was unmatched! And enjoying the hot tub before bed each night was a great way to end the day! Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

As advertised. Nice enclosed patio with hot tub that worked. Rooms nicely decorated (Hulk and Spider-Man themed). Only one fan in one room. Could have used a small fan in remaining two bedrooms. Security system required multiple resets to stop beeping sounds. Overall, very nice property and would book again.

We loved our stay at Regal Oaks so much that we are already talking about staying there again next summer! The kids loved the special touch of the hulk and Spider-Man room. We felt like there was so much space to spread out for the week and not be in each others way. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was so nice! The beds were super comfortable and I appreciated there was a little fan so I didn’t have to use my phone app.The resort is very easy to get around and we often ate at the bar and grill. It was awesome to be able to sit in the air conditioning by the bar window and be able to watch our kids swimming. It was fun walking out the front door some days and seeing a deer about 5 feet away!

Upon arrival, there were so many things wrong. 1) the security guard at the gate told me I had to check in at the reception center. After waiting in a long line to check in, I was told that I didn’t have to do that and to contact my host. Took maybe near an hour for me to get the door code from the host. 2) upon walking inside, the heat and the smell were horrible. It smelled like roach spray/strong mold/chemical odor. Found a couple of dead roaches by the kitchen area. The air conditioner was set to 80 degrees so it was HOT. upstairs was even hotter- closer to 90 degrees. One of the beds wasn’t fully made, a pillow was missing its case and was stained. We opened some windows and turned on the AC. We waited and hoped that would help with the odor. Upon further inspection-MOLD was found! 3) I send photos to the host and voiced my concerns. Their response (the next day) was “That’s strange”….thats it. Zero apologies or attempts to make it right. We were tired and had all already unpacked, and therefore we decided to stay. The next day I bought an air freshener. It helped a little but the odor remained.4)microwave was loose, kitchen faucet was broken, master bed and pillows were awful!!5) It was way too dark in the patio at night. Couldn’t use the spa. Panel wasn’t working and the chemicals were too strong making us cough. Zero costumer service!!6)Neighbor lets their 3 large dogs potty in their patio. Be aware of the stench!!

Location was great, the size of condo and back patio were amazing!

Carpet was super old, and we had An issue with the fridge- however prompt attention was given. Would’ve wished for a bigger pool area- was so hot and pool was at max capacity everyday because it’s pretty small. The bartenders at the pool restaurant area were amazing! We loved them! Thanks for a great stay.
