The beautiful Villa Canyamel with its own pool terrace is located only about 300 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Canyamel. From the pool level of the villa opens up a magnificent view of the beach and the bay of Canyamel. The villa is located in a quiet hillside and has 2 levels. On the entrance level there is a large living-dining area, 1 bathroom, kitchen and access to the 100 square meter pool terrace with patio furniture, chairs and parasol. A staircase leads up to. 2 Level. There are 2 further double bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a roof terrace overlooking the pool terrace and also the beach and the bay of Canyamel. Ideal Ideal for families who want a personal atmosphere in a villa with pool but also want to reach a sandy beach on foot. So again summarized: 2 double bedrooms have now been equipped with air conditioning.
