This bungalow is nestled in the heart of Wasatch Hallow Salt Lake City. 30 min from Park City, Snowbird, and other world-class skiing, 5 min to the U and University Hospital, 2 min to the University of Westminster. Can’t beat the location. The home has been newly remodeled, with all new appliances, and decorated with all-new furnishings and West Elm bedding. It has 2 living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs, and king beds in two of the bedrooms. The great neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, coffee, ice cream, gift, a wonderful bookstore and more..

Family stay

We had a great stay! We loved the family room downstairs as well as on the main level. It was a great separation of space. We also liked the fully equipped kitchen.

Cozy and Cute

This property is part of an adorable neighborhood full of beautiful renovated 100 yo homes. The market and cafe two blocks away were absolutely wonderful. The house has some old home quirks like narrow steep stairs to the basement but the house is so cozy and clean you feel right at home. The beds were dreamy comfortable and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in SLC

Great location and home. Most well stocked home I’ve rented. Pictures are accurate representation of the property. Walking distance to restaurants and easy access to downtown SLC. Definitely recommend

Great SLC stay

The owner was super communicative and easy to work with. I appreciate that. The place was really cute and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Salt Lake City and I will tell Friend about it.

My husband and I live in California and have 3 college-age boys. I love to ski, run, mt bike, tennis, and anything else that is outdoors. That is what brought us to Utah, the beautiful outdoors.

Why they chose this property

We want to share our vacation home with you. We have two sons at the U and purchased this home to see them and to use while skiing the great mountains of Utah. Also in the summer to enjoy the flyfishing and mt biking Utah has to offer.
